Appalling service from them, they lock you into to £300 if you don't sell the house, the agent didn't go through the contract with you CLEARLY! They only thing they were good at was taking money they didn't earn. So paid them £300 to take my house off the market and I've managed to sell mine and buy a new house in 4 weeks compared to them not even selling mine in 9 months. Estate agent was late to our viewing, we asked to be able to see water on as bad water pressure but we was just told that it was turned off, but he didn't switch it on for us to see it. This would have gotten 3 stars.
