Not happy with service at all, early morning after I have see just advertised property for sale called up to book viewing, no one contacted me back all day, hanging up on me when I call them again. They booked different person instead and of course there was an offer from other customer. That's not how you treat potential customer. Will not advised anyone to contact this agency

I can't recommend Reeds Rains highly enough. We lived outside of the Hull area and so were unable to manage anything to do with the sale of our property, this meant we actually only ever met face to face once for the valuation and from there on in the team took total control. The house was marketed beautifully, it sold within a week for over the asking price and Nathan, who literally became like one of the family, went over and above at every stage for us in what was a very emotional sale. Even during the Covid crisis there was never a point where I could speak to someone instantaneously. I am so thankful for the tireless hard work and am 100% positive that you won't get better service anywhere else.

Most of the staff are lovely. Bought a house through reeds rains and even though the seller was an absolute pain the estate agents did everything that they possibly could to keep things moving along, chasing up with solicitors and the seller when needed and they were pretty good at keeping us up dated with how things were progressing too.

I would like to give Beth Ehran, from Reeds Rains Sutton branch, high praise for the excellent service given during a recent property purchase. Beth went the extra mile contacting me immediately to let me know my offer had been accepted and was key to a very quick completion. She contacted the sellers solicitors and ensured the vendor completed all the relevant paperwork in time. There was a problem on the day of completion which without Beth's intervention would have postponed settlement. In addition, rent agreements allready prepared for this and other rental property close to completion.
