I was already aware of Regal Estate Agents when Getagent suggested them. They were the first I contacted and I was pleased with how they handled my call. All processes were explained with realistic timescale. Their office is open n the main high street with plenty of foot traffic passing large window display and were very familiar with the local area to answer any questions from any prospective buyer. Very please with their performance.

Reviewing for my daughter, who had an appointment to view 139 Ormskirk Rd at 3pm on Sat 10th Feb. Regal called her in the morning to check she was attending, which she confirmed; having taken the day off work to travel the 30 miles to Wigan. She arrived on time but Regal didn't show. After we spent 20 minutes waiting for them in the sleet with a toddler, she called them and was told "sorry, the property went in the last hour." Despicable service and communication, and, as a multi property professional landlord myself, indicative of why I don't use letting agents.

both myself and my daughter have rented through regal. we have found them to be most professional and decent agents. John Mr regal himself will go out of his way to help and assist in any way possible. Lisa is approachable and will go above and beyond. I can not find fault in any thing they do I highly recommend regal agents wouldn't go with any other agent.

Poor service for buyers. Lack of communication through Regal Estate on behalf of Seller & Buyer almost resulted in a lost purchase. Despite frequent requests for information regarding completion timings, locations non were provided or indicated. Even now the completion is far from complete as property deeds are not yet provided. The property was even vacated with the front door key being left on the mat behind the front door posted through the letter box, not a very good practice with regards to security of a property. Not quite the service you would expect.

Regal have been fab with my sale and purchase sold my house within a week of being advertised and even when the buyer pulled,out they advised to put it back up for advertisement which then sold within the day of being put back up. Always there to speak to whether it be on Facebook or phone. Very professional and fees lower than any other estate agents we have seen.
