We were with Righthouse for over fourteen years renting a property in Kimberley Nottingham I can't recommend them highly enough if we we ever had a problem with the property it was dealt with straight away the staff at Righthouse were always happy to help and dealt with any problem in a speedy and efficient manner it was a shame we couldn't stay with them but unfortunately the landlord decided to sell the property and they couldn't find us a another suitable property. I have been living in my rental property for almost 6 years since 2018. My landlord decided to change letting agent mid tenancy and I have been a tenant and customer of Righthouse for just over 2 years. As a tenant I found it a little worrying with my landord changing letting agent mid tenancy. Honestly from day one, dealing with Righthouse has been a breath of fresh air. Laura in the office is extremely friendly, customer focused, personable and professional and always has time for a chat. Any queries or maintenance issues are reported and dealt with immediately with my landlord. I have always found Laura to be extremely friendly and very efficient at her job. If you are looking to sell or buy property, or are a landlord looking for a letting agent, or a change of letting agent, then I would highly recommend Righthouse.
