We were with Righthouse for over fourteen years renting a property in Kimberley Nottingham I can't recommend them highly enough if we we ever had a problem with the property it was dealt with straight away the staff at Righthouse were always happy to help and dealt with any problem in a speedy and efficient manner it was a shame we couldn't stay with them but unfortunately the landlord decided to sell the property and they couldn't find us a another suitable property. I would like to thank all of you at Righthouse for all your help and assistance over the last few years.

Laura, Julie and Chris from Righthouse UK have looked after me and my apartment for years.
Living outside of the area I needed a professional company I could trust to look after my let property.
I engaged Righthouse about 15 years ago and they have looked after me and my property extremely well.
If you have a property to let, and you are looking for a company to manage your property as vetting new tenants - you have to engage Righthouse UK, they are brilliant.

I have been living in my rental property for almost 6 years since 2018. My landlord decided to change letting agent mid tenancy and I have been a tenant and customer of Righthouse for just over 2 years. As a tenant I found it a little worrying with my landord changing letting agent mid tenancy. Honestly from day one, dealing with Righthouse has been a breath of fresh air. Laura in the office is extremely friendly, customer focused, personable and professional and always has time for a chat. Any queries or maintenance issues are reported and dealt with immediately with my landlord. I have always found Laura to be extremely friendly and very efficient at her job. If you are looking to sell or buy property, or are a landlord looking for a letting agent, or a change of letting agent, then I would highly recommend Righthouse. A local family business that cares, where you are valued as a customer. 5 stars ??????????

As a Landlord, I have used Righthouse for a number of years now and I have always found them to be a pleasure to deal with. They have always dealt with my queries, tenancy reviews, requirement for Gas Certs, electrical reports and any work required on the properties promptly and professionally. I would not use any other agent.

Absolutely horrendous.assured me on move in that the leaking roof would be sorted. It was still leaking nearly 3-years later when we moved out. Lost front door keys and denied ever having them, until I proved Laura wrong reminding her who she had given them to. Condescending and patronising attitude for example “give it time to dry out” when an attempt at repairing the roof failed and ignored my telling her it was not repaired and water was coming down the wall and as they use their own sister company for most repairs, don’t ever complain about the workmanship an example of their repair to an insecure back door lock attached. Yes, they screwed in 2 screws to hold it in place, even though it obviously just continued to work itself more loose. Couldn’t be happier to be away from the house, the letting agent and the landlord. Shameful way to treat anyone, but a single mum with health issues.

Had a hard time selling my house with other agents as they weren't bothered to put the time and effort in to make my experience quick and good. That is what is different about righthouse, they did anything possible to make mine and the buyers experience perfect, while working to get it sold ASAP. I would definitely recommend righthouse for any sales and lettings

I rent a newly refurbished/converted flat through Right House Long Eaton.
They did the initial viewing and signing of my tenency, and continue to manage and supervise the property on behalf of my landlord.
I have had a few ‘snagging’ issues with flat which is down to it being new. With every problem, Right House LE have been quick to respond and gone the extra mile to reduce the impact and inconvenience that these issues could cause me.
Especially Laura, who is friendly and takes personl responsibility for ensuring problems are sorted asap. Thank you Dan

I phoned regarding possibly renting a commercial property they had advertised, I spoke to a lady who couldn't answer any of my questions and they were just the basics, deposit, business rates etc she said she would speak to the vendor regarding my questions and call me back so I left my number, I didn't hear a thing back from them. Looking at the other reviews I can now see why, getting back to potential customers is the foundation for good customer service it seems as though right house Long Eaton don't even cover the basics. Not great.

Right House are awful, they performed an inventory on my house, lost it? allowed my tenant to get past paying rent, paid me my bond money as rent without me knowing, the tenant left the house and stole furniture - I was away whilst this happened, because there was no inventory it was missed (so not only down in rent, with no bond money, also £3,000 down on furniture) - Right house professes to be a managing agent, who could not manage their way out of a paper bag - also they are not regulated so you have no comeback. "steer well clear"

I am so disappointed with Righthouse in Long Eaton. Everything was fine until I had to give notice and move with another agent. I paid rent for both my house and my daughters flat with these agents and they still got petty and totally unethical in the end. I also did their job for them by showing the new tenants the property and selling the letting for them, and they still decided to insult me and deduct moneys for some hairs in the bathroom! Also, be aware that they are never in and all you get is an answer phone! They also are so lazy you have to collect your homes keys from them yourself if they happen to be showing the property to other tenants! My daughter was not given her keys for a whole day and night after they had them (I would wonder why we should pay rent for 24hrs) for her not to be able to get into her own home!? Very upset- would NEVER deal with them again!

Poor to fair doesn't really reflect my experience with Righthouse UK. If there was a lower grade ie Avoid at all costs I would use that.
Underhand and poor communicators, would be a reasonable way of describing this company.
If you do decide to have any dealings with them then insist on all 'fees' to be given to you in writing prior to agreeing to anything verbally.
They are not members of any of the national professional bodies such as the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) or the Association of Residential Letting Agents, (ARLA) and therefore don't have to adhere to any of the codes of practice and rules of conduct laid down by these professional bodies.
Take from that what you will.
As stated, avoid at all costs.
