I have had numerous issues with trying to rent a property. I would honestly discourage landlords from listing properties with this team. We were able to secure another house (thankfully) within a fraction of the time it took Romans to process our application weeks after we initially applied to Romans. I am currently looking into whether or not some of the issues are legal as I do not believe they have acted in our or the landlord's best interests.

Elliott King and the move team Catharine McNicholas were great throughout the whole process.
Elliott was proactive with positioning the marketing of the house and extremely responsive when I contacted him. Catharine kept us up to date and helped with some of the inevitable chasing around. A smooth process for us, many thanks.

I can not thank Romans Farnham enough for the whole process of selling our home. It has been very stressful but Tom, Luke and Catherine have been amazing. Luke was so dedicated to helping us find a buyer and I am pleased he sold our house. We then had Catherine help us once our house was under offer and she was amazing and kept us going, when sometimes we could have given up. If your looking to buy or sell go to Romans in Farnham. Amazing service .
