A bhosale
This is my first tenancy agreement through Romans. I must say it was very good experience right from Viewing till Move-In. All processes were systematic and well handled. Throughout the process, I was interacting with Chloe from Caversham branch. She was very quick, proactive and handled all my queries effectively. I hope to get the same service from property maintenance team.

Terrible experience dealing with maintenance requests as many were simply ignored and on one instance when reporting the presence of a wasp nest, I was told to wait until it got colder and they died off (this took a few months after reporting). Further reports were ignored entirely and property was subject to severe damp ruining many personal possessions. Further to this a gas safety inspection took place a couple of days before our departure which revealed that the property had an expired carbon monoxide alarm for 4 months. On top of all this we ending up leaving the property and being charged over £1,000 in charges. Megan Setchell was most persistent in ensuring these charges were paid in full despite not taking appropriate action to action maintenance requests during the tenancy.

Very sad and unprofessional agents. They give out their personal contact number and then tell us not to call them. I called to inform the agent I was going to be delayed by 5mins and she was so upfront on the phone it came across as rude.
On our check-in day to the flat this lady Ninda just messed up and didn't have anyone at the flat. As a result we were waiting outside for 45mins and no one would answer our calls. Finally when she called back she asked us to pick up the keys from their branch.
To top it all, they don't even know what's happening in the property. They have property managers within the organisation who didn't even know the lift wasn't working at the property. As a result of waiting and carrying all our household stuff up the steps the transportation company charged us double the amount.
