Very sad and unprofessional agents. They give out their personal contact number and then tell us not to call them. I called to inform the agent I was going to be delayed by 5mins and she was so upfront on the phone it came across as rude.
On our check-in day to the flat this lady Ninda just messed up and didn't have anyone at the flat. As a result we were waiting outside for 45mins and no one would answer our calls. Finally when she called back she asked us to pick up the keys from their branch.
To top it all, they don't even know what's happening in the property. They have property managers within the organisation who didn't even know the lift wasn't working at the property. As a result of waiting and carrying all our household stuff up the steps the transportation company charged us double the amount.
