Chris phoned me at 8pm on a Friday evening to ask if I was still looking for a home. When I remarked that it was a bit late to be calling he was rude and said not to worry ill remove you from our list - and hung up. Completely inappropriate to be calling at that time on a Friday and rud - plus they messed me around with viewing flats that weren't ready and tried taking me to see different homes 3 miles away which is pointless.

I just want to say a big thank you to Faham Lashari@CSJ , from Day 1 we had our first viewing in September 2020 to last week where we got the keys to our first home , Faham has always been there beside us helping us in every administrative process , gave us support and confidence that all will end well and in the end it actually did . He is thoroughly professional , very kind and always very flexible to accomodate our requests to view the house multiple times in the whole process , ensuring he answered all our queries and always made sure all our requests were communicated to the developer . On the whole we found CSJ very frustrating to deal with.
They were fine with moving in and really quite helpful when it came to moving out.
However, during tenancy they were hard to get hold of and frequently left us without response to issues. The best (though not only example) being that in Autumn 19 we made them aware of and asked them to fix a damp/mold issue in the bathroom.
Despite raising this multiple times we didn't really get a response until in autumn 2020 we were told by one person there that they couldn't get sign off on getting something done about it. Appeared to blame one of his colleagues for the issue as if that was a justifiable excise. Was not a pleasant thing to live withnfor more than a year. would say they failed in their duty to represent their tenants here.
When we moved out, it was promptly sorted within days for the new tenants. Quite disappointing.

Very professional and responsive estate agent. We recently bought our first home marketed by CSJ and would have nothing but positive words to describe our engagement with the entire team at CSJ. They were prompt in answering any questions we had about the new development we were purchasing and swift and efficient in liaising with the seller, where needed. Overall, a very positive first impression of the firm and a particular call out to Faham Lashari's hard work on our transaction - a very pleasant and extremely highly recommended estate agent!

My offer for the property in South Wimbledon, SW19 was accepted on January 2019, until now nothing has happened yet! I have spent my money on solicitor fees and sent professional to check the condition of the property. Super unprofessional service skills and very very Rude.They are so far from honest.

AVOID! Utterly shocking customer service. The agent didn’t show up and then had the audacity to hang up the phone on me. They don’t ever advertise with photos which is clearly a concern or even maybe a scam. Disgusting company that should not be allowed to sell through help to buy for first time buyers. What an awful first time experience. You should be ashamed.

Do not EVER use CSJ!!! I am utterly appalled at the customer service. So rude and having traveled 2 hours to view the property the agent never showed up, then hung up the phone on me! Do business with this company at your peril. They don’t upload photos of their properties for a reason and A disgrace to help to buy!

Shady outfit. Pushy and rude. We dealt with an agent that we believe was personally connected with the people we were purchasing the property from.
On the day on exchange, he was helping the family pack up and move out and was being evasive about letting us in or handing the keys over. I now know why as in the loft and garden there has been lots of stuff left by the previous owners. We contacted the agent to arrange removal but has avoided contact with us now the deal is done.

The WORST property service in south london. Rude unresponsive staff . They have advertised 2 properties which I have found the landlords myself and got the property :) that's what happens when you don't do a good job , you get cut out . Sort it out !

Rude, arrogant, unprofessional. Although CSJ found a new tenant for us swiftly, they spoiled things during the letting process. Important emails sent to CSJ were ignored, we had to chase them many times to find out anything and we experienced significant delays which ultimately cost us money. When we requested that their fee be reduced because of the delays on their part, CSJ made no attempt to address our issues or apologise - we were instead met with rudeness, accusations of refusing to pay and immediate threats of legal action. Our requests for copies of tenants' references were ignored. I found the offhand, disrespectful and aggressive manner in which we were treated by CSJ truly shocking. In my opinion this agent is rude, unprofessional and readily attempts to employ bullying tactics if challenged. It appears that customer care and goodwill do not exist at CSJ. I am very disappointed in them and will never use them again.
