We had the pleasure of selling our property through Samuels Estate Agents, the whole team were professional from the start. Andy with his assessment of Asking price, Sophie and Leila were fantastic at presenting the property to perspective buyers, while Karen and Cimon supported through the as always stressful conclusion of sale. If you are looking for a close knit team that will do the upmost to sell your property then i would Recommend Samuels.

I highly recommend Samuels Estate Agents. I used them when selling my Mothers flat after her death. I did not live locally, so I had to rely on them completely for the sale. Andy, Karen, Sophie and the whole team were extremely helpful, full of sound advice during both the initial marketing of the house and throughout the actual sale. They kept me informed of any viewings they had scheduled and the feedback they had received from each viewing. Once we had received an offer, they gave me good advice on how I should respond, and how best to deal with the buyer's concerns that came up during the sale. They kept me informed of the progress of the sale, following up regularly with the buyer's solicitor, and with the buyer/buyer's family directly on occasions when information was not forthcoming. I always felt that they were working hard for me during the whole process. I also received compliments from the property manager on how pleasant it was to work with the agent showing the flat - not always the case, apparently! I thought that the fee for their services was very fair, and highly recommend them to anyone wishing to sell a property in the Exeter area.

I did my first house sale with Samuels and I could not have picked a better estate agent. From the start they were genuinely professional and friendly. They were always there with advice but never put any pressure on me to follow it. When some issues came up with the sale Samuels worked tirelessly to help resolve them. They were always pretty easy to get in contact with. Special mention to Karen who was absolutely amazing. I can not recommend them enough and if i am purchasing/selling in Exeter again i will definitely be using Samuels.

Samuels has been excellent at selling our retirement flat. They kept us well informed at all times, were hands-on with the buyers, and checked out any questions that buyers had with us. I would not hesitate in recommending them to sell a property in the Exeter area as their local knowledge is excellent. Thank you goes especially to Karen and Sophie for all their help.

Friendly, personable and always went above and beyond.
We have dealt with Samuels twice in the last 10 years (selling and buying). Andy, Karen, Sophie, Cimon, Layla and Heidi (who has now retired) have all been amazing and went the extra mile to support/mediate for us when things got tougher towards the end of our sale. It was a long journey in an absolutely crazy market in 2022 but we got there with your expertise and help. Biggest shout out to Karen and Sophie who were always there and genuinely cared about us.
