Really disappointing experience. Some of the viewers they sent were a total waste of time - clearly not interested in a property like ours. Communication was non existent unless we got in touch first. That includes when we were clearly not going to make the initial date for exchange. Only thing they managed to do without us telling them to was putting their final bill into our solicitor.... Read more

I rented a property through these agents on a Management service to the hideous landlord who gained access into the property without my written permission and authorisation being a paying tenant. Their office is full of women who are two-faced and talk about members of the public behind their back.... Read more

The senior negotiator at the outset was skilled. However, we were wrongly advised. There was only a handful of viewings on one day and greater effort should have been made through more viewings to achieve a higher price. We felt persuaded into accepting a below level price. Once the matter was passed to the progression team, there was a marked lack of genuine interest in us, no proactive activity resulting in us being mislead and the completion date delayed by a month. Our overall experience was the they were charging us too much for the serviced which left us with a feeling that, in fact, they didn't care about the price, or care about when we would complete and were basically acting for the buyer. They only became proactive when we reached a point of seriously threatening to withdraw the property and placing it with another agent. Not a good experience.... Read more

This is the most dreadful letting agency I have ever encountered. They hid faults from both landlord and tenant, we’re dishonest and attempted to play landlord and tenant off against each other in order to retain money. They kept payment from the landlord for services they had not provided and consistently gave misinformation to tenants. We are taking them to court.... Read more

We didn't have the best experience with Wilkinson grant unfortunately. The initial valuation they gave was way higher than others but they convinced us they could sell. Perhaps naivety on our part. We only had a handful of viewers, and the agents seemed generally unenthusiastic. They were friendly but we had to contact them for updates otherwise they left us with no communication. There was also a mislaid front door key at one point. The advice was to reduce the price but this was then in line with other valuations, but with agents with a smaller fee, so after the 3 months we switched to a different agent. Our house had a lot more viewings and sold in 7 weeks.... Read more

Good Communication & Efficient For months looking at properties and not quite what we like it but also the way other estate agents try to sell a product in the market where the price doesn’t match the property, when we came across Wilkinson Grant we saw good properties but the customer service was more professional and communication was key. We had lucky to have Kayley (Lettings Negotiator) to help us on the process, in two weeks we managed to move with Christmas and holidays and time limited we moved on the 31st. I can’t thank enough, as to start the New Year in a new house. I highly recommend this Estate Agent as very professional, excellent customer service and apart from Kayley we had Ria (Lettings Administrator) wish assist with Kayley in the process.... Read more

Not the best experience. We felt like we were not communicated to by our Negotiator very often and mainly only ever heard from them if we rang them first. Towards the end of the process it got better but that was mainly due to the fact that we dealt straight with the PA rather than the negotiator.
