When I decided to look for a new home in Windsor, I approached Saviles, a reputed real estate agency in the area. I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Georgina Gibson from the sales team, who proved to be an extremely friendly and knowledgeable professional.
Georgina was very supportive of my search and took the time to understand my requirements and preferences. She was well-versed with the area I was interested in and provided me with valuable insights and recommendations.
When I found a property that caught my eye, Georgina arranged a viewing for my family and me, going out of her way to accommodate our schedule and make the process as smooth as possible. She was highly professional, polite, and made us feel valued as clients.
Georgina also helped me negotiate the lease with her client and submitted my offer on my behalf. She was proactive and responsive throughout the process, keeping me informed every step of the way.
Despite Georgina's best efforts, the seller did not take our offer seriously, and we were unable to secure the property. However, this was not due to any fault of Saviles or Georgina. Georgina did everything she could to help us, but the seller was intent on holding out for a higher bid.
Nevertheless, we were able to secure another house in Windsor, and the process is currently underway. I am grateful to Georgina for all her help and support, and I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a new home in Windsor. I am confident that she will be able to provide you with the same level of professionalism, expertise, and care that she provided me.

I knew from the 1st time we connected with Savills that the experience and comms were going to be exceptional.
Throughout the purchase process the team have been patient and very accommodating ,taking into account my specific requests and time frame.
Timely responses to my mails/messages very excellent and professional throughout.

We chose Savills because they appeared to be the most efficient and proactive company we approached to sell our home.
Unfortunately once we’d signed up, they weren’t reliable and didn’t communicate with us regularly. Phone calls weren’t returned, our agent was never available when we rang. Feedback only given twice in 6 months.
We have now taken our property off the market until next year.

The team at Savills Booth Street couldn’t have been more efficient and wonderful! The smoothest of sailing when it came to making what could have been an arduous and stressful time a breeze!

Savills were excellent from start to finish. We had an initial visit from Ruaraidh Ogilvie and Stephanie Clarke, and then a subsequent visit from Sandra McGregor. We were then in regular phone and email contact, and I felt that the support was excellent throughout the process. The photos of the house were truly wonderful. I felt the whole process was managed in a very professional manner. I think the Savills mailing list was probably very helpful in ensuring that we got a prompt sale for a good price.

Gemma Sampson of Savills was brilliant. We live in the US full time and bought a holiday home in Amersham. Gemma was very responsive to all of our questions (and there were many!) since we were unfamiliar with the home buying process. She anticipated our needs and preferences from the start, knew the inventory and the area, and walked us through the entire process with grace, patience, efficiency and good natured reassurance when we needed it. From the start, Gemma was a joy to work with and we highly recommend her.
