Savills Stamford Office responded promptly to our initial inquiries about the sale of our property. Excellent photos and video showed off our property to the very highest order. Throughout the selling process from first meeting James and Victoria to the final day of completion they were super efficient in every way. Most of all the experience was rather like working with friends over organising a difficult event. The encouraging words when selling chains collapsed along with shared joy when problems were overcome and the chain links were restored - all this kept our morale up. Thanks to James, Victoria and all the people involved in the Stamford team

Savills Esher were open and honest, and absolutely nothing like the cliche of estate agents; not pushy and no tricks. I'd not hesitate to recommend them for either selling or buying through. They sold our house in 4 days, for 99% of asking.

Do not rent from this company. After renting a high-end property in St Johns Wood, this firm has been a nightmare to deal with. From the start, the condition of the property was sub-par. Despite repeated requests for cosmetic repairs and promises to rectify, these went ignored, then once we moved, they have attempted to claim for items which are clearly visible in the check-in report pictures and the ones we had been asking to be repaired since the start of our tenancy, and at excessive prices. They are not responsive and despite moving out 3 months ago, we still have not received our security deposit back. I would highly recommend you rent from a more reputable and professional firm. Do not trust your money to this agency. We will never rent from them again.
