I am part of a group of investors who have opened a company to provide short-to-medium-term accommodation for our clients. In pursuit of a property for us to rent, I phoned up Savills and spoke with Julie (I hope I'm remembering her name correctly!).<br><br>From start to finish, she was fantastic. She had excellent knowledge of the area, she listened to our needs, and she made some really helpful suggestions and gave me some great information about the area.<br><br>Sadly, I was informed that Savills do not do company lets, and, as such, we weren't able to go out to view any properties for our purposes.<br><br>Nonetheless, I'm impressed with how she managed the phone call and if Savills ever soften their position on company lets and feel inspired to give us a chance, I sincerely hope they keep me on speed dial as I'd love to enter an ongoing business arrangement and help Savills to add massive value to the landlords of Windsor.<br><br>Keep up the great work Savills lettings! Please keep us in mind.

Genuinely had a great experience buying with Savills, facilitated by Irfan. From the moment we viewed the house, he was very professional, transparent and helpful. But what made it for me was the level of communication. Always proactive, frequent, and solution-oriented - he helped us coordinate with both sides solicitors, and made what can be a stressful process feel under control. Would not hesitate to work with him again.

Although Savills were the sellers' agents, I found that they made quite a difficult process much easier for me, the buyer. Will was exceptional in the way he kept me constantly informed of what was going on between agents and solicitors. I felt I could contact him for updates all the way though. A very friendly, caring and capable young man . I would thoroughly recommend Savills, Truro if you are thinking of selling and want excellent service. Thank you Will .

Savills were outstanding helping us sell a probate property. Their advice and expertise were spot on and at a time when we were juggling so many other things it was very reassuring to know that everything to do with the sale was being well taken care of. Communication was excellent, advice and guidance was balanced and fair. It was a very good experience and I’d highly recommend working with Savills, they provide an exceptional service.

Savills Esher were open and honest, and absolutely nothing like the cliche of estate agents; not pushy and no tricks. I'd not hesitate to recommend them for either selling or buying through. They sold our house in 4 days, for 99% of asking.

Do not rent from this company. After renting a high-end property in St Johns Wood, this firm has been a nightmare to deal with. From the start, the condition of the property was sub-par. Despite repeated requests for cosmetic repairs and promises to rectify, these went ignored, then once we moved, they have attempted to claim for items which are clearly visible in the check-in report pictures and the ones we had been asking to be repaired since the start of our tenancy, and at excessive prices. They are not responsive and despite moving out 3 months ago, we still have not received our security deposit back. I would highly recommend you rent from a more reputable and professional firm. Do not trust your money to this agency. We will never rent from them again.
