Initially Seymours seemed ok, but then the errors started to creep in such as leaving the property insecure, not managing the chain properly, which resulted in a 6 week delay which cost us money and finally handing out the key code to our buyer before the sale had completed. We used Seymours in Burpham as they are our nearest estate agents. Setting up to sell was very straightforward with one contractor booked to take the all important photos, measurements for the floorpan and the EPC during one visit. A convenient date was arranged for weekend viewings, but we had several viewings even before that date such was the interest in our property. Once we had accepted an offer we were passed to an experienced negotiator (Clive Gee) who calmly and pragmatically kept us informed about progress with our sale.... Read more
