Seymour's marketed my apartment through Aaron Williams of the Camberley Office and immediately had 7 groups viewing the property, of which two made offers. One family was chosen and
then Annalise Beer of the Woking Office took over the process which was then seemless until the tenants moved in.

My experience with this business was as follows. I’m a partially disabled software engineer who became as such after contracting COVID in 2020. I was unable to work and this sent me into a financial crisis which resulted in a CCJ being put on my credit record. I’d slowly improved health-wise since then and was looking to move out. I explained my situation to an agent at a very helpful and friendly estate business who were understanding and offered to provide as much help as possible. After many months of attempts, the estate business managed to get me an offer for a property that suited my health needs.
Unfortunately, a family member of mine had made an offer for the same property via two different estate businesses; the one previously mentioned and Seymour’s. I received a call soon after from the estate business informing me that the offer had been withdrawn at the last minute, because Seymour’s had taken advantage of the fact that they had my information at hand, and used it to coerce the client to refuse the offer so they can make an offer through themselves for someone else. Bearing in mind that the information that Seymour’s had provided was the same information the client already knew.
When I called to complain about this, the person who picked up then said, “Next time just be honest.” As first time letters, we were not on the subscription list for the starter pack that informs you that it is somehow “dishonest”, to make offers through different agents for the same property (if it even is and this wasn’t just an excuse to nick the offer). I spoke to the manager who promised to help going forward and said they had a property available that they wouldn’t mind recommending us for. This never happened.
This business cares for nothing, but making money through whatever means possible. They also encourage discrimination against the disabled by using the CCJ that’s on my record, as a result of said disability, against me. It is also unbelievable that they allow their employees to call people dishonest for genuine ignorance of how the system works.

Well overdue this review... we had a lengthy purchase for various reasons namely the solicitors!
Adam initially was dealing with our purchase but that moved to Tom when Adam left the business. The transition was seamless between them which is what you want with transactions like this as its another stressor removed. Tom chased solicitors who were being slow with things up until the end. Overall very happy with the service especially in comparison to other local estate agents like waterfords who are useless at best!

Having agreed a tenancy with one person that then went on to take up another one with a different property, they quickly found me a very suitable replacement tenant. When this tenant turned out to be unable to pass refernce checks in time Aaron and his team and other colleagues arranged a suitable deposit from the tenant at short notice which enabled them to move in. Although we didn’t use Seymours to sell our own house, we were extremely impressed with the level of service they provided. I bought a house in Camberley in 2003 then invested in a B-2-L in 2006, and have consequently had dealings with a number of local estate agents (five I believe) in both purchase and letting. Their service ran the gamut from comically hopeless to criminally negligent, but luckily, when my last tenants departed under a cloud and I was obliged to sack the agent, an acquaintance recommended Seymours, who due to past experience, I approached with some trepidation.
My fears were groundless, since both Oliver and Jordan were highly professional and impressive from the start, and when I had a change of plan and decided to sell rather than re-let, Adam and Tom were equally impressive and were highly competent when it came to dealing with the sale.
The offices are immaculate and everyone I dealt with left a positive impression on me, so I couldn’t recommend Seymours more highly or more confidently.
