Seymours worked with me recently to try to find a property as I am looking to downsize. The search is now on hold temporarily but their service was excellent. In particular Serena who was my main contact. Really well informed about the local area and she took a lot of time to really understand what I am looking for. Friendly and helpful and excellent at staying in regular contact without pressuring me. Would definitely want to use her again when I resume my search next year.

Sale of my late father-in-law’s property. Initial contact was with James Taylor who demonstrated a clear understanding of the market, was very open and honest on prospects and gave us confidence to proceed with seymours. The viewings were efficiently handled by Charlie Hanson and we were very happy with the quantity of offers and prices bid. Following a short and professional negotiation Sandra Mitchell looked after the stressful process leading to exchange of contacts. Even when very little was happening she kept us updated and gave us complete confidence that she was looking after our best interests. This was a difficult time for the family following the loss of such a loved man and we really appreciated how Seymour’s supported us.

This estate agent has been exemplary in terms of the service and the people who have helped with a recent purchase in the area. Charlie, Sandra and the team have been fantastic.
During viewings, I had Charlie who provided a very professional experience and was extremely knowledgeable about the properties from its history, previous ownership, recent building/extension works and reasonings and aligning it to my values. During viewings, he also suggested different types of properties to help inform what options were available in case I missed them in my research. He has additionally spent time outside of working hours to help provide information and progress the purchase of the property. I can't state just how important he's been in making this process as easy as possible while providing a kind and caring personal touch when this is one of the biggest purchases a person can make

Seymours is the predominant agency to register with for a property search in Horsell. We were fortunate to be able to view several houses which met our criteria, and throughout our search we were helped by negotiator Serena Provenzano. She was incredibly pro-active on our behalf, sympathetic to our situation and anxious to help us find our dream home. She was quick to communicate and to respond to emails and telephone calls. She was polite, respectful and informative. Overall her approach was highly professional, and we cannot recommend her highly enough to help others with their property search. Thank you Serena.
