Ian and his team have gone above and beyond to ensure the sale and purchase of our property. They were able to get it on the market quickly and arranged viewings before it was even on Rightmove. We managed to sell our house within 2weeks which enabled us to secure our dream family home. They managed the negotiating and the chain incredibly well. With some inevitable challenges along the way, Ian and Pheobe handled them calmly and professionally ensuring that we were able to exchange to suit everyone’s requirements. We had a fantastic experience with the team at Seymours, when purchasing our new home. From the very beginning, Gary was incredibly attentive and supportive during the offer stage, making the process feel smooth and straightforward.
As things progressed, Alan was equally excellent in managing the sales progression. He kept everything moving, communicated clearly throughout, and was always on hand to help.

We bought a house from Seymours. Everyone was extremely helpful throughout the process which was somewhat tortuous due to the last person in the chain. They worked very hard to keep everything going and ending successfully
