I had the pleasure of meeting David recently and he took time to help with a situation that I didn’t know how to deal with.Having taken his time to give me advice and guidance, I am now able to plan ahead and will certainly be using David’s services again and soon. Excellent excellent service. The big estate agents tried to sell my house but failed for an even a bigger fee. Gave David a call what a breathe of fresh air. Amazing service from start to finish, marketing was fantastic, viewings were conducted professionally. A sale in less than 4 weeks, completion within 12 weeks. Also David helped with the solicitors to ensure a rapid & successful sale. Well done David many thanks Rob.

2 MONTHS, from the first call I received from David, regarding putting the house on the market to completion. I dont put this down to luck, it is down to his experience, hes people skills, and seeing each client as a person.
The house I sold was in dire disrepair, and David marketed it so the right buyer could be found. He took his time to understand what happened and even pointed me in the right direction of finding paperwork needed to complete the sale.
David was able to find a company to clear the property for me, and took away so much stress and anxiety. He gave me details of solicitors he recommended, and said I should check each one out and also look for my own, so I get an idea of costs and times for selling the property.
There was no pressure to use him to sell the property, just good old honesty and trust.
In all honesty if I ever was in the position to sell another property , no matter where in the country I was, I would pay for all his expenses to market it for me.

Having had my property on the market for some time via a national online agent I decided to instruct a local estate agent. David seemed the most engaged, accommodating and knowledgeable so I decided to re-list with Skilton & Hogg. David took all the hassle out of the sale process and dealt with everything whilst keeping me well informed. Within a few weeks David agreed a sale in a tough market and at a good price. He was on it with the lawyers and the buyers, making sure the sale was on track at every step. If you want a knowledgeable local agent within the Daventry area that goes the extra mile then David is your man! I would 100% recommend his services and will always be using him in the future if I ever move back to the area.
