From the very beginning, the team was always there when we needed them, offering assistance and advice at every step. Their professionalism and dedication helped speed up the entire process, making the whole experience so much smoother. We truly appreciate everything they've done- they definitely deserve more than a 5-star review and we highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or let a property.

What an experience from start to finish.....from the initial meeting through to the final sales closure of our property I don't think you could find a more diligent, professional and caring service Liz and Nicola provided sound advice time after time and clearly understood our requirements from the beginning Not only did they sell our house in a record time of 8 weeks from advertisement to completion they also exceeded our expectations in the calibre of buyers they bought to the table and the price we managed to achieve Having sold houses previously I would simply say that their knowledge , service and expertise in what they do is second to none They are a great team and I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone selling their property

Keeping up to date with current legislation and updating me as and when required. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Karen and Sarah have been my contacts - never let me down

They just don’t leave you alone we had a representative come out months ago to then find out he had left or been sacked so we didn’t fellow up. They then hounded me with phone calls constantly after countless times of telling them to stop , and when you tell them to stop bloody calling they get really angry with you. Just had a full blown argument with some member of staff who felt brave today accusing me of raising my voice. Raised my voice ? I’m the client, very silly individual. The most disgusting customer service and useless company. Do yourself a favour and stay well away from them.

26th Feb 2025 (17 days ago)Unfortunately, I did not have a pleasant experience with this agency. While I was viewing an apartment for rent, another interested party was in the office with a different employee, paying a deposit to reserve their priority for the rental. This happened without any formal process. I find this behavior of the agency strange and unacceptable.

Living primarily abroad there were a few additional complexities but everything was made simple for me, along with them giving me their time when i made short visits over. Communication throughout the process was excellent, quickly responding to any queries I had and letting me know immediately if there was any update for me.
