We had a good experience during most of our tenancy, including multiple inspections throughout with no issues raised at the time. However, the end of tenancy process was very stressful. Communication became difficult, and there appeared to be inconsistencies in instructions and handling between staff, which made things confusing. There were several disputes regarding deductions from the deposit, and overall the process felt unnecessarily strict, with some points felt disproportionate. Terrible experience. This agency gives the impression of being helpful and supportive, but in reality they are misleading, unresponsive, and only focused on their commission. From start to finish I have had a really good experience setting up a rental agreement and moving in with Chelton Brown. I have found renting from company's in the past to be painfully long and communication poor.
