Worst company in the world, DO NOT go with them when choosing your student accommodation. They will take two month to fix a broken toilet and a week to fix a broken fridge freezer which means all your food will go off and they could not care less.
They will also lie to you that they will warn you if you start to exceed your utility bills so you know when to be careful with heating and water...BIG FAT LIE at the end of your tenancy they will hit you with massive charges which you have not expected.
The end of tenancy expectations are a joke, professional cleaners do not even clean to those standards and they expected us to return the house in better condition than when you move into it.
When trying to speak to someone at the office they are not helpful at all.

Promise to call back - but never did despite knowing it was an emergency.
Because of this my kid froze to the bone -
not a pleasant view watching your kid shivering like a crazy Britain's Got Talent candidate before just before performance.

Poor service, allowed us to be guzmped. No comeback although we were promised a full report on what happened. No report ever came, Jackson Grundy will do whatever it takes to get the sale through even if it means finding someone who will gazump you.
I can only give thanks and praise to the whole team at Stonhills, what a professional experience you gave us, with a team of individuals who worked with us throughout. If and when we ever need another agent in the future we will definitely be in touch. Dishonest, took advantage of us as First-Time Buyers, tried to swindle us by saying he knew more about surveying than the surveyors in the homebuyers report.
