Ben, Jemima, Laura and Steve were all fabulously helpful, efficient and friendly throughout the entire buying process. They took responsibility to get the sale over the line before the mortgage expiration deadline.. and succeeded!
You simply will not find better people to guide you through what is almost certainly one of the most important purchases of your life. It's refreshing to have such a personal and professional service.

Estate Agents often get bad press, usually for good reason, but our experience with Stags has been the exception. Ben Palmer and his team provided a first class service in the sale of our property. From the initial market appraisal and the preparation of excellent sale particulars to dealing with the buyers and solicitors throughout the tortuous conveyancing process to final completion, they have kept us fully infomed at every stage of the sale. Their service has been faultless and I can't thank them enough. Good customer service seems to have become a rare commodity so it is encouraging when you encounter a firm that fully understands the concept of customer care.

I became an accidental landlord in 2006 and until very recently when I had to sell the house for family reasons, I have always used the services of Stags.
Maria and her team at the Tavistock office have always proven to be utterly professional, dealing promptly with any concerns or issues that have cropped up.
I can honestly say that if it wasn’t for the support of Maria and her team I would most likely have exited the rental market earlier.
