We used the Tiverton office of Stags to sell a modest 2 bedroom semi which they had previously for us. We assumed they might not be interested in selling such a type of property but Jacob and his colleagues were keen to act and did an excellent job to obtain the full guide price and then kept us posted the whole way through the legal process.

As Executor, I have recently had to sell my Late Mother's home (my childhood home). We asked more than one Estate Agent to view the property before deciding on Stags. The reason for our choice was, in large part, because, on Luke's first visit, he had clearly researched the property in advance, and then gave both a quantitative and qualitative basis for his recommended asking price.<br>Throughout the sale process, Luke and his colleagues were very supportive. They kept me informed of progress, liaised with my conveyancer and were responsive and helpful whenever I had any questions.

Pam the Stags representative in Tiverton Devon showed us around two properties on Weds 15th July. Pam's customer service skills were excellent and she was lovely and very personable. One of the properties she hadn't seen herself and she went out of her way to provide access to all areas of the property. I recently purchased a property through Stags, I can't thank them enough for the regular updates, the persistence dealing with my solicitor and communication between myself and seller was top notch. Excellent staff, they are always happy to help.

We had a very positive experience with Claire, Naomi, and the team at Stags, Wellington throughout the purchase of our home.
