I used Stags Wadebridge to sell a property near St Merryn in autumn 2024 and found their advice and support extremely valuable.
From the outset, everyone was professional, helpful and proactive. Their guidance on pricing was, “spot on” and the proactive updates were super helpful. (Call me a skeptic, but when ‘regular updates’ were promised as part of ‘the pitch’ I didn’t really expect any … so imagine my surprise when they actually happened and were so useful too!)
Even the inevitable bumps in the road were handled exceptionally well. We really appreciated all the work the team put in throughout the sale process.

Hilda England worked tirelessly to complete the sale of the property. I was kept informed throughout the process and given sound advice. Stags had dealt with the sale of my grandfather's property in 1979 and the high level of service received then has continued.
I would use Stags again and recommend to other.

Having dealt with lots of estate agents, Stags proved to be highly superior.
Selling two houses to buy one was quite a task, but Stags, (James from Totnes and Noor and Kate from Torquay) proved to be highly professional and worked extremely hard to complete our sales.
Nothing was too much trouble and we were always kept in the loop.
I would highly recommend.

Could not recommend the team at Stags enough. The ladies have all been so helpful and accommodating as my rental was not straight forwards. Nothing was ever too much to ask! Super grateful! ??

I don't think my property was in the right value bracket for Stags to make much effort. No offers and very few viewings. Main salesman very rarely returned calls. We had to make suggestions on how to market the property Stags not proactive
