From the start, Addie kept in regular contact with me and communication was professional, with just the right amount of humanness and humour. She was extremely reassuring, when the process became a tad stressful. When Addie was furloughed, Claire took over and the transition was seamless. Equal credit must go to both, Addie for month's of grafting on both my and my seller's behalf and Claire for getting us over the line, despite the implications of the lockdown.
