21st Aug 2026 (16 days ago)I am the executor of a will for a very dear friend whose property is on the market with Strada.<br>I made a special journey into their office to explain my situation & left my name & number with a brief note asking to be kept in the loop regarding progress of the sale.<br>I did this on July 31, 3 weeks have now passed & nobody has had the decency to contact me.<br>I know my message was received as someone telephoned my friend's daughter the very same day.<br>I consider their lack of response to be discurteous & unprofessional.<br>Potential customers of Strada may want to bear this lack of communication in mind!
4th Sep 2026 (2 days ago)I recently purchased my new home through Redbrik. My experience of dealing with Matt, Joanna and the team has been a real pleasure. From viewing the property with Joanna, putting in an offer, through to completion, every member of staff I dealt with couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable.<br>My house purchase completed in such a short time, which I'm sure in part was because the searches had already been done and also the excellent communication skills from the staff at Redbrik.<br>I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Redbrik to anyone I know looking for an estate agent.<br>Thankyou again Matt, Joanna and all the team
14th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)What an absolute brilliant team. Marc was there to show me round the property. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Rachael, well there are no words good enough to explain the help that she gave me. She was my rock through all this and went more than above and beyond for me. If anyone is thinking of using this estate agent then go for it you will not get a better service from anyone.
17th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)I bought my rental apartment through Frank Innes, and always found the staff at the Chesterfield office to be friendly and eager to help. I was so satisfied with their service that I now use them to rent the property for me. Issues and queries are dealt with quickly, and it's always a pleasure to pop into the office when necessary. I can highly recommend them.<br><br>UPDATE<br>Agency has been gobbled up by Countrywide. I now get communications from numerous locations except Chesterfield. Maintenance is managed from Mansfield, by a team who don't know the building and who use Mansfield tradesmen, costing me time and money. EG: 4 months over winter to fix a simple electric heater, using a gas boiler company when an electrician or even handyman would have been fine. Almost £500 for a panel that might have cost £50-60.

26th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)I needed a property valuation to which this was carried out by their representative Tony. I found Tony to be very friendly and professional as upon his arrival he had extensively researched local house prices within the area. After doing a walk through of the property and giving his personal assessment I was pleased with the valuation price. I do feel I need to mention that Tony wasn t just an estate agent that day but a knight in shining armour has an elderly lady took a bad fall outside to which he immediately stepped in to call the emergency services and make sure she received the medical care she needed. If I m going ahead with the house sale it will be Martin and Co Chesterfield Lettings and Estate Agents I would choose.
25th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)Terrible service. Viewed a property with Connor yesterday and he told me he would send an application the following morning. No application was received and saw on rightmove let agreed. It’s really not fair to be wasting peoples time going to viewings when they pick and chose who they want to apply. Definitely an estate agent to avoid.

She was so helpful, kept us informed at every stage, and always made sure we knew exactly what was happening.<br>Finding the right estate agent was difficult as there are so many to choose from, but we are so glad we chose Haus. Becky came out to value our house and was lovely, very professional and extremely helpful. She never put any pressure on us or tried to push us into making a decision, which we really appreciated.<br>From start to finish, the whole process has been smooth and stress-free, and we couldn't be happier with the service we have received. Lucy has been fantastic and a real credit to the team.<br>We would 100% recommend Haus Estate Agents to anyone looking for an estate agent. Thank you so much for all your help and support!
