From start to finish the service i have received from Scott at the Chesterfield Branch has been over and above, he honestly could not of done more to help this process move quickly. Any issues were dealt with professionally and he kept me informed throughout whilst recognising it was an emotional time, he was understanding of a time constraint and worked his magic to get me in as soon as humanly possible. The staff worked tirelessly to keep the house sale moving forward, staff by the name of Amy and Chloe went above and beyond and really pushed hard to achieve the end result. Our house sale took 6 months to complete due to our buyers conveyancing firm who didn't know what they were doing. They didn't understand the English Laws and had to be advised by our Solicitors 5 times to understand there errors. Eventually we have completed and sold our house but please take our word and save yourselves a whole world of pain and get a Solicitor to do your conveyancing as it will save you in time and money. Every body at this branch were fantastic even when I was pulling my hair out in frustration! I couldn't rate them any better. Thankyou and kind regards.

I'm writing this review purely to give some recognition to Miss Amy Staniforth!! I feel as though the review should reflect the branch but this individual MAKES this branch perfect! I was with Bairstoweves before and honestly the staff depressed me every time I had trouble/needed to enquire about something with the property. So when we enquired about a property, that was unfortunately already let, Amy was so unbelievably nice, reassuring and completely professional with me. I don't have anxiety calling estate agents anymore because of the time she took out of her day for me, she went above & beyond for me! Honestly if you call in, ask for this woman!!! Wish I could give a better review for the Chesterfield branch. Pretty good service given until we signed, and then we were not important anymore. Since this was the 1st time we've rented a house in the UK we had asked about how we go about getting the utilities into our name. We were told everything had been arranged. Confused, but accepting, since they were the experts, we moved in. I still had a niggling feeling that we did actually have to do something about the utilities, but we were told in no uncertain terms that Reeds Rains had done their job and we were not to contact them unless it was about the rent. I contacted the landlady instead, and what do you know?, utilities were our responsibility to set up. Somewhat pee'd off since this could've been done alot earlier. Not impressed....would not rent another property through them again. Unfortunately though, we have to deal with them to pay our rent ????

After a number of estate agents, coming to view and value my house. It was clear from the outset that Reeds Rains were by far the most professional and very easy to deal with.
They sold my house within a week but unfortunately my house fell through due to the forward purchase and we remained where we were.
6 months later we found something new, so asked Reeds to work their magic again and this time it sold in 48 hours. Amazing work by all the team at Reeds.
I am was regularly updated by Jake who couldn’t of been more helpful throughout.
I would strongly recommend this estate agents every time over the competitors in the chesterfield area.

I didn’t decide to do my mortgage with Zach, but his service care and support made me realise I really should have! When it’s up for renewal Zach at reeds rains will be the first person I call, I just wish I had seen him first before I sorted it out. He spoke to me about protecting myself and making sure my mortgage would be covered as well even when I had said I had sorted my mortgage elsewhere it felt like he went over and above. He really listened to what was important to me. My bank couldn't offer anything close to what he could do that’s why I went ahead with his recommendation to Aviva and I’m relieved I did. He made everything clear and easy to understand. I can’t recommend highly enough.

My husband and I are first time buyers. We have been to see a couple of mortgage advisors who have not been very helpful to say the least. Our case has been a little tricky and when no one else really wanted to look into it Zach Mitchell picked up the case. He did in two days what a previous advisor couldn’t do in a month. We now have a mortgage in principle and can finally get on the market! I cannot thank Zach enough, he is so enthusiastic and nothing is too much trouble. However, Adam is not just a mortgage broker he is much more - he went the extra mile in so many circumstances, he's friendly, incredibly proactive and gets the job done! I would like to say that I am 100% satisfied with my experience working with the Reed Rains team at Chesterfield, when I started my search for a home for my Mum and Dad to move to Chesterfield from Lincolnshire a few days before christmas.....it was very worrying and I was very unsure what to expect as I have never before had to do anything like this, however all the staff have been extremely friendly, and a big thank you to Tracey who arrange a number of viewings for me, nothing was too much to ask.
