Laura was fantastic across all aspects of our process. We were searching for a new flat for around 6 months, we must have seen 50odd properties and Laura was helping us throughout this search. Out of the 20+ estate agents we viewed properties with, Laura was a different league. She was relatable, patient, helpful in all ways possible, only showed us properties that were very relevant and overall was honest. The rest of D&G were also very helpful and always friendly and willing to assist. Overall very impressed with the company and we had extremely different experiences with other companies in the area.

Over an 8 month period whilst searching for a property in West London we engaged with several agents until finally we settled with Eloise Barker from Douglas and Gordon. Eloise stood out head and shoulders above the rest of the agents we had come across. Her approach was exceptionally professional and she made the process incredibly easy. She is a great communicator, keeping us regularly updated on progress, and was very responsive to questions throughout. At a personal level, she's smiley, charismatic, and charming - I couldn't recommend her more.

My experience with Douglas and Gordon was both friendly, and also totally professional. They listened to my needs, understood my budget and helped me find the perfect property. Eloise was brilliant - she understood my concerns as a first time buyer, helped me understand all the processes involved in buying a house, and has remained a really useful advisor on all things house related. Would recommend Sales Manager Jonathon Cooke, provided great advice to achieve best sale price for the property and delivered on a sale price that other agents said could not be achieved.
