    Great professional service from Douglas and Gordon and Edward Jephson on both the sale and purchase of my flat. Ed is extremely dedicated, always contactable and provided excellent advice. Highly recommend

    I had a very good experience with my lettings negotiator. She acted very professional and replied to all my queries in a quick and efficient way. Process was smooth and transparent. What I didn't like, I got a call from someone else in Douglas&Gordon asking me for comments I might have had during the letting negotiation. I appreciated they wanted to improve their process even more, but when they realised my feedback was positive, they asked me to write a review here and they even sent me a link as reminder. Would they have done the same in case of a negative feedback? I don't think so...

    I am happy to deal with them, real summit in sophistication and commitment in their dealings

They are by far the best letting agent I have ever dealt with, and I cannot speak highly enough of their service. They do all the essentials very well, but then they add extra. We had a horrible problem with our house last year - they supported us through it and constantly offered excellent advice. The whole team are lovely to deal with and Alex in particular has been a complete star - sensible, practical, pro-active and highly organised. I particularly appreciate his advice on simple things like which paints and carpets will best help to get a property rented. Suffice to say that when our property went back on the market it was let within days. As I said, I can't speak highly enough of this brilliant team.
