I have found the Douglas & Gordon Fulham branch to be excellent in every respect. We have been seeking to buy an apartment in Fulham and have mainly dealt with Laura Clark at this Fulham office. I have been very impressed with Laura. She has kept me fully informed of all their existing sales instructions as well as impending instructions. Laura instantly grasped our requirements and ensured that our time was never wasted in arranging viewings and providing accurate market information. I was able to communicate openly at all times and Laura was consistently knowledgeable and acutely attuned to both our needs and those of her vendor clients. The key quality that we found in our experience with Laura was her courteous and professional manner and her prompt responses to any questions - no matter how obscure. Laura also never attempted to second guess answers to important queries, which were unknown to her, and promptly provided accurate response soon afterwards.
Our search is now on hold, but we would never hesitate to recommend Laura and the team at Douglas & Gordon to any other prospective buyers or sellers.

Laura Clark made my experience of buying a property for my two daughters a very pleasant one and I can not recommend her or the sales team in the Fulham office enough. She listened, was available out of hours and was enthusiastic which personally, I felt a lot of comparable agents lacked. If you are looking to buy a property speak to Laura or her manager Eloise- both are very knowledgeable and are a pleasure to deal with.

The Fulham sales team at Douglas and Gordon were fantastic. I ended up deciding to stay put in my own property but not through the fault of Laura, Toby and Eloise - all of whom work fantastically as a team! It was so refreshing to feel so looked after by you all and I will definitely be coming back when I next look to buy!
