Amazing. Such dedication and support from the Fulham team, especially Eloise and Laura. They did a sterling job and got me a great price with fantastic buyers. Laura was on top of everything all the way through from under offer to exchange and completion! I can't recommend Douglas & Gordon Fulham highly enough.

Poppy was very quick to get back to me and managed to fit in a few viewing in so i could get it all done at once which is great. Very satisfied with the service and all the extra effort.

Effortless rental transaction , Camilla from the fulham branch letting department took the hassle factor away and did a first class service. Most important was her follow up to keep me posted during the tenant négociation. It was efficient , quick and to the point . Would highly recommend her services to anybody wanting to look at rental .

I recently dealt with the East Putney Douglas and Gordon Branch and was very happy with the result. My gf and I were in a very urgent situation due to another flat not having worked out (thank you Fraser & co for that btw) and we absolutely needed a place. Oliver Wrigley at Douglas and Gordon helped us massively, first by finding a great flat and then by setting all the paperwork up (incl. references and so on) in record times. Long story short in less than 7 working days we were in the flat. It wasn't easy but we managed and a huge thanks goes to Oliver. What could have worked better (these are details though): - efficient responses not only via phone but also via email (though I understand that you are quite often on the move in this type of job) - more clarity on furniture aspects of the flat (first we were told it was furnished, then it wasn't, then it ended up being partially furnished) - replying to all emails with all parties in cc All in all, I had a really good experience with Douglas and Gordon and Oliver Wrigley and would highly recommend them.
