Gabriella helped us with our search for a flat to rent in October, 2020. She was very attentive and understood what we were looking for right away. She showed us several properties that were excellent matches for our search. She kept an eye on the market for us, giving us the first viewings on new properties. We ended up renting something else but I could not recommend her more. Finding a nice home to rent in London is always challenging and Gabriella made it a great experience for us. AVOID dealing with this shambles of a company - Don’t book a viewing with Tess Silcock from Strutt & Parker, she don’t show up and goes on annual leave instead! Relocating to London from Lincolnshire for work. Arranged a viewing at 12 Aubrey Road a week in advanced with Tess which also was confirmed via email. She did not turn up, called the office and was told she is on annual leave and that property has been taken off for rent. They advised me that they would call Tess and try get her to contact me directly. After 10 min Tess called me directly and confirmed this property was not available as the landlord decided he didn’t want to rent it out anymore. When asked why she didn’t tell me this a few days before so we didn’t have to waste our time coming (baring in mind we had travelled 3hr from the north to get to London) she responded they were too busy taking it off their website. I thought are you being serious? Surely you would let the potential renter know as soon as possible that it’s not available!!! It was a wasted journey, luckily enough we had a few other viewings which all the estate agents had SHOWED UP! You might wanna take note Tess, very unprofessional, flippant attitude and it might do you some good getting some customer service training. I wouldn’t trust this company to find someone to rent your property, go else where there’s plenty of estate agents in London! There not worth any stars if that was a option!!... Read more
