Gabriella helped us with our search for a flat to rent in October, 2020. She was very attentive and understood what we were looking for right away. She showed us several properties that were excellent matches for our search. She kept an eye on the market for us, giving us the first viewings on new properties. We ended up renting something else but I could not recommend her more. Finding a nice home to rent in London is always challenging and Gabriella made it a great experience for us. I will definitely work again with her and this company in the future.

AVOID dealing with this shambles of a company - Don’t book a viewing with Tess Silcock from Strutt & Parker, she don’t show up and goes on annual leave instead!
Relocating to London from Lincolnshire for work. Arranged a viewing at 12 Aubrey Road a week in advanced with Tess which also was confirmed via email. She did not turn up, called the office and was told she is on annual leave and that property has been taken off for rent. They advised me that they would call Tess and try get her to contact me directly. After 10 min Tess called me directly and confirmed this property was not available as the landlord decided he didn’t want to rent it out anymore. When asked why she didn’t tell me this a few days before so we didn’t have to waste our time coming (baring in mind we had travelled 3hr from the north to get to London) she responded they were too busy taking it off their website. I thought are you being serious? Surely you would let the potential renter know as soon as possible that it’s not available!!!
It was a wasted journey, luckily enough we had a few other viewings which all the estate agents had SHOWED UP! You might wanna take note Tess, very unprofessional, flippant attitude and it might do you some good getting some customer service training. I wouldn’t trust this company to find someone to rent your property, go else where there’s plenty of estate agents in London!
There not worth any stars if that was a option!!

Thank you to S&P for a very good customer experience. I have to say Orla was so professional and prompt in her response. I was dealing with Orla while in Japan and she was always the first to respond versus other agents. In fact, I have asked Orla to help me in finding a place to buy now as an investment as I enjoyed working with her so much. She was very honest in her dealings. Thank you S&P, you have a gem in Orla.

Our experience of dealing with Orla O'Sullivan has been excellent in the middle of the Coronavirus crisis. She found the perfect apartment for us at a time everything was complicated by Covid. She understood our requirements, was extremely responsive, handled the interaction with the landlord very efficiently, providing us with the right advice. She is always proactive and kind. By far our best experience ever of a rental agent, and we have dealt with many over the years.

Orla is by far the best agent I have ever encountered. She is both efficient and friendly, going out of her way to help without ever being forceful or pushy. She listens to your requirements and doesn't push you into looking at anything and everything like most agents.
A pleasure to work with and will definitely be inclined to come back for future property searches.

I was recommended to contact Strutt and Parker Kensington. It was an excellent recommendation. From the beginning the advice I received was straightforward, frank and positive. They kept me fully informed throughout. I felt immediately a commitment to act in my best interests. A buyer materialised quite quickly and negotiations (which proved not to be simple) were handled sensibly and wisely and ultimately with complete success. I felt I was being represented by experienced, intelligent and well-informed agents, and I had complete confidence in their advice and handling of my sale. Unhesitatingly I would instruct them again.

James Gow, Charles Colville and the rest of the team at Strutt & Parker are extremely professional and provide exceptional client service. They always seem to achieve results, even in a challenging market. In the last few months alone they have sold my parents' house in W8 and found them a new property nearby as well as obtaining the highest offer to date on my own flat. Highly recommended.
