Our first experience of using Strutt & Parker was in 2022. We had used an different agent to try sell our house for the 4 months prior but they were unsuccessful. Alice and Tom listened to what we wanted to achieve with our sale and offered information and helpful advice. We decided to let them roll out the strategy they put forward and trusted them to get the job done promptly. Alice took on the job of selling our home and gave us a very personal service, always listening to our needs and always doing her utmost to fit around us. Within a few days of the house going live on the net at the right price, we had a great deal of interest and we went under offer the following week. We would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them again when we need an agent. Thank you S&P for all the help and hard work you put in to complete our sale in the month we required. I chose Strutt & Parker of Pangbourne out of four agents who I approached to market my property. I am very pleased with my decision. Good marketing strategy, excellant presentation and very proactive during the sale process. Tom and Alice kept me updated and during the sales process progessed the sale via all parties whereas the solicitors do work in a more restricted way. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them based on my experience.

We recently sold our property in Pangbourne through Strutt & Parker. All the staff we dealt with were extremely thorough, professional and helpful. The photographer used by them for the property photos was great and we were really happy with how the property was presented which is important with the amount of people using Rightmove these days.
Overall we were very pleased with our experience and would recommend them.

I worked with Alice and found her to be kind, professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. She was a speedy respondent and very proactive, managing the relationship between seller and buyer very well. I can't fault the service we have received from Alice and Alexandra. We tried unsuccessfully to sell our property 2years ago via another Agent and we're not looking forward to trying again. However this time around the experience was much better. We haven't moved for 20 years but we didn't need to worry. Both Alice and Alexandra were always on hand to advice etc and the sale went through very smoothly. I would highly recommend Strutt and Parker Pangbourne. Alice did an amazing job, our house was sold just 2 weeks after going on the market, for close to asking price. Their valuation of our property was also 100k more than other agents and this was almost achieved. Very professional and helpful and would highly recommend.
