The entire team worked with us during the selling process. Minor frustrations were immediately addressed to our satisfaction. Ryan, Nathan, Bridget and David were great. However a very special thank you to Charlotte who went above and beyond our expectations to see the process through. She was funny , serious and always professional.

We were very pleased we asked Symonds and Sampson to help us sell our cottage, and we would highly recommend their services. Daniel Magee was our first point of contact, and he was extremely helpful, and very professional from the start. There was excellent communication with the whole team. They were all very friendly and attentive, and we felt well supported throughout the process. Thanks for all your hard work, but special thanks have to go to Daniel for getting us over the final hurdle and securing our sale.

We viewed a property over a year ago and had our offer accepted. Just before exchange, we lost our buyer. Symonds & Sampson had just the right balance of giving us a bit of time to find a new buyer but also acting in the interests of their client. The property market was terrible but David kept in touch every week or two to keep us updated. When we did find another buyer, we had another viewing, with Michael this time, who was excellent. We offered again and the house is now ours. David and Charlotte were brilliant and kept us informed all the way through. There was a delay on completion day which meant we couldn't get the key before close of business. Bridget made a detour on her way home to drop the key off at the property so we could actually get in late in the day. Very good service from everyone at the Blandford office.

Rickey, Vicky and the whole team at Symonds and Sampson Axminster have been super efficient in marketing and selling our bungalow. Price achieved exceeded expectations in a difficult market thanks to their experience. I would recommend them if you have a property to sell.

Having never sold a house at auction before, especially one that was over 100 miles from where I live, I expected the process to be fraught with angst!<br>However, Meredith and the rest of the team went above and beyond to explain the process, and provide guidance, support and advice during the process and to bring the sale to a successful conclusion ...thank goodness!<br>Thank you to Meredith and the team - I cannot recommend them highly enough.
