The team at Symonds and Sampson, Beaminster, recently undertook a long and complicated sale of my mother's flat that also involved a Housing Management Association. The whole process took over eight months and ended with a successful completion. It took determination and endurance as we encountered one delay after another! This was met with support, good humour and resilience by all the team. Hardly a day went by when I wasn't given an update by one of them.
Thank you to you all but special thanks must go to James for his diligence and patience. We got there in the end!

James at Symonds and Sampson made selling my property very easy. His expert advise and up to date knowledge of the market helped me achieve the best possible deal. When the buyer had problems his advice proved invaluable and he soon smoothed over the potential sale collapse. I could not be happier.

Wonderful experience from start to finish, Meredith was incredibly helpful and informative throughout the auction process.
As a first time auction seller my dad was a little unsure how complicated it might be but was pleasantly surprised, the entire process went very smoothly.
We couldn't recommend her and the rest of the team highly enough, always went above and beyond. Surpassed all expectations in every way, my dad was delighted with the result, as was I.
Can't thank the team enough and a special thank you again to Meredith for all of her time and efforts.

Good people. Jeremy And the team lovely there. Sadly they didn’t sale my house. But very nice and professional. But I don’t think they had the buyer walking through the door for my house.
