Fantastic service from Shula, James and Amy at the Sherborne branch. We sold our home successfully and most importantly smoothly(!!) with the team in May.
Each viewing was followed up within 12 hours with an initial thought and then firmer feedback followed.
Once under offer, Shula was on top of all the conveyancing and it compared to all our other moves it was a dream!

Kirsty and her whole team at Symonds & Sampson Ilminster were brilliant when it came to selling our large victorian house at auction. They were extremely knowledgable, professional and helped us every step of the way. A special mention to Steve, who did a fantastic job with all the viewings. We can highly recommend them.
