What a breath of fresh air The Estate Agency Hub was. From start to finish the whole house sale process Georgie was outstanding. She kept us informed of progress on a regular basis. She returned calls or texts promptly, she chased buyers/solicitors throughout and on top of all this she is a very pleasant person to deal with. Because the Estate Agency Hub is a small business you receive a personal tailor made service. There is no palming off onto other salespeople, there is no need to keep explaining who you are and the address of your property as is my experience with other high street agents . Georgie was incredibly organised, kind, professional and helpful through the sale of my beloved first home. The Estate Agency Hub offered a really competitive rate & their service was top notch. Georgie came to take photos of my property on the Friday, and advised we would work through the images and listing on the Monday, however to my surprise- she rang me Monday morning to say she had a keen buyer, and by the Monday at 3pm (!!!) Georgie had my home sold STC! My move took only 11 weeks from my initial meeting with Georgie where we discussed valuations and took photos. Georgie was great at communicating and pushed all the relevant parties / chased solicitors when needed, and I truly can’t believe how quick, calm and smooth the process was.
