I recently brought a house and sold a flat through Amersham and Flackwell Heath branches of Frost Estate Agents. To be honest I was apprehensive at first previously hearing bad press about estate agents in general. Thankfully I had an excellent experience with Frost Estate Agents, Naomi Forward, Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator at the Flackwell Heath branch went above and beyond my expectations. She really was exceptional, fantastic communication and speed to support and respond. Frequently communicating between two branches, myself and buyer. Highly recommended.

I used Frost Chalfont St Peter to sell our flat. They were great, I cannot recommend Ben enough, he was exceptional. Especially when the property sold he was amazing at communicating between myself and the buyer to get the sale over the line and prevent any delays.

I just bought a house with Frost, great communication during the 8 weeks process, always available if you need something . Great experience and great team Chloe and Andy . All correspondence and updates during the process wose with Louis, wich is a great agent and really keep you up with all the information and help, you need it during all the waiting time.

We used Frost to sell our parents home following the passing of my Mother. Frost were excellent showing empathy for the fact we had grown up in the house they were proactive and kept us informed at all stages of the process particular me notion to Jackie and Richard who we dealt with for the majority of the process.
