They were friendly, respectful and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of business. We would highly recommend their services.
28th May 2026 (21 days ago)Called to sell a property on 25/5. Was met with an incredibly arrogant and flippant employee called Alex. Was quoted a fixed fee of £3500 + vat to sell a property worth £80k. A 5% fee. Insane. I walked away.

If ever anything needed doing her team were straight on it and resolved the issue. I would highly recommend Kimberley and her team.
11th Mar 2017 (9 years ago)After more than two years with another estate agent and a sale falling through, I remarketed with CTF. I had 3 agents come to see my house and felt a great energy from the CTF agent which is why I opted to market with them. In 3 months I had more viewings than in 9 months with my previous agent. They listened to me and my feelings and experience with internet marketing. My house sold and completed within 3 months, whether due to timing or otherwise, but throughout I had great communication and feedback from the agent. In fact, my house sale completed only 2 weeks after the previous sale which fell through would have! All of the staff I spoke to were friendly, polite and seemed genuinely pleased for me and I would recommend Clee Tompkknson Francis to a friend.
15th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Astleys have been excellent. Although I initially thought they valued my property a little low it generated a lot of interest. The photos they arranged were excellent. The communication is friendly but professional and I have confidence that this will continue as the sale progresses. Highly recommended!- 28th May 2026 (21 days ago)A superb service from beginning to end. We met Alison from the Sketty Branch at my mum’s house and from the beginning, the personal touch was evident. Professional yet sensitive to our circumstances, Alison was first class. The team at Sketty branch were always contactable and we were kept fully informed throughout. They worked hard in marketing, getting the property listed and online and secured a buyer in no time. What was highly impressive was the sales progression team or should I say Selina.. she was attentive, in communication throughout with me and both solicitors. There is no doubt she secured the final completion in record time and to everyone’s needs. Wow, what a team! Thank you to Alison, the ladies of Sketty Branch and Selina. I had the dream team and would recommend them every time!

Isobel kept me fully informed at every stage, communicated any issues promptly, and worked efficiently with her team of trades people to resolve them without any hassle or stress on my part. Bay Lettings thoroughly vetted my tenants, and they have proved to be excellent, giving me confidence in the quality of their screening process. The service has been professional, reliable, and well-managed throughout. 4th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)Having recently sold our parents house through Peter Alan Morriston, I can only say that I would STRONGLY advise anyone to steer clear. My sister and I have found them to be totally inefficient, poor communication and lacking local knowledge. Firstly, they could see the condition on the house and I presume would know the local value, but were WAY out on price, which I believe was over inflated to get us to go with them. Secondly, they would rarely get back to us when leaving a message, as you could rarely get through. Plus we would give them answers to queries from the vendor, then a few days later they would ring us back saying the vendor was worried as they had received no reply and yet THEY had not passed on the message. Also, they had been trying and trying (apparently) to contact the buyer's estate agents to ask necessary questions and could never get through, I tried the same today, spoke to them and the matter was resolved!? Many a time it seems like the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing, because somebody was off on holidays and hadn't relayed the message. All in all we found them utterly useless and if it wasn't for the fact that we were so far down the road, we would have changed. Our advice is to steer clear, you have been warned!!!

17th Mar 2026 (13 weeks ago)Incredible letting agents especially for students, honest and reliable. They recently contacted myself and my former housemate to inform us we had credit on our account with them so they could give it back to us as we had long since moved out. Many other letting agents wouldn't have bothered to email and would have kept the money to themselves, but White&Jones are not like those others, they have credibility and honour. A property agent you can count on to do you right and not mess you around. Zero issues.

I recently moved multiple properties over to them and the entire process has been handled professionally from start to finish. It’s genuinely refreshing to deal with an estate agency that is organised, transparent, and clearly knows what they’re doing. A big thank you to Brian and Mellissa, who have been fantastic throughout! responsive, efficient, and always clear in their communication. Molly has also been great to deal with, and it’s obvious there’s a strong team behind the scenes making everything run smoothly. The difference in service compared to my previous agent has been night and day. Everything has been handled promptly and properly, without the confusion and lack of clarity I experienced before. Overall, a very positive experience and I would highly recommend Peter Alan to any landlord looking for a professional and reliable agency.
