Robert Wayne, who 'manages' our building, has shown himself to be a poor communicator and poor with handling your communications and files (claims to have lost service charge account files and seems to have poor record keeping). The charm he initially showed disappeared right after we signed the contract. He has been slow to arrange necessary work, recommended subpar tradesmen, and frequently adopts a condescending and insulting tone. I have never quite experienced such poor management !
Highly recommend against this firm for your management needs, they are not RICS regulated nor transparent as to who the managing entity actually is!

“A Refershing Approach” I’m going to start this review by thanking Adam Newman for all of his help and support with the sale of my property.
In my lifetime I have brought and sold a number of properties in a number of different areas of the country.
From my past experience I link the “Jaws “theme “ with Estate Agents.
Well that was the case until my dealings with Wayne and Silver.
Every member of the team has been knowledgeable, kind courteous, empathetic and understanding.
When a fresh approach was needed other agents in the local area were asked for their ideas and all appeared to be either: unrealistic, lacklustred, tired or and in some cases all three. Their approach and manner were quite frankly off putting and if I thought that as a seller I knew I’d be on the back foot with potential buyers.
In fact one agent when calling me to determine my thoughts called me by wrong name . However, upon speaking with Adam Newman he was enthusiastic, dynamic, his ideas were relevant. In addition he was knowledgeable of the area and the houses in the Suburb having lived and grown up in this leafy Green area of London.
Not only was he knowledgeable and experienced he was professional and gave a detailed approach on how to market the house with a realistic price figure
I know that the words honesty and trust are not usually words synonymous with Estate Agents but from my experience they can definitely be associated with Wayne and Silver.
Adam Newman and Mark Silver viewed the property with fresh eyes and had a dynamic approach. I know that Adam Newman’s approach in selling the house was working with both me and the buyer to ensure that the best price was achieved.
Adam Newman was on hand 7 days a week to answer queries and get the sale over the line.
From my experience when it comes to selling a property in the suburb if you want a reliable trustworthy agent who has knowledge of the area I wouldn’t be settling for second best and be heading to Wayne and Silver.

Poor experience, I would not recommend anyone to deal with this company. I dealt with them and was surprised that the apartment was not clean, it was very dirty, even though I was promised that it would be cleaned in advance. I contacted the company and there was a clear stalling to convince them to clean the apartment. Also, the electricity in the living room is not working and there has been stalling to solve it, and a week has passed now and the problem has not been resolved in a fundamental way. Also, the room door cannot be closed and the problem has not been solved until now. Also, I was unable to use the sink to wash my clothes and the problem was not solved until after stalling. I communicated with the responsible person and she was clearly trying to stall.

We are so impressed with the whole team at Wayne & Silver. Choosing an estate agent was not an easy task but after meeting with Georgia, Cassie & Snooky we were sold. They took the time to show they really cared about us, our home, good business practice and attention to detail. That has remained 100% true throughout the rental process of our property. We were kept apprised of photography shoots, viewings, feedback, background checks and received timely updates before we even had to ask for them.
They provided excellent recommendations on contract clauses, cleaning services, small bits of advice and have made us and (we hope) our tenants very happy. I continue to be impressed with their professionalism and level of communication now that our tenants are in the property.

We had a failed sale at the point of exchange with another agent which wasted almost 9 months.
We were desperate to sell our beautiful flat in Belsize square so we could move on with our lives.
I then did some research as to what makes a good agent and Wayne and Silver ticked all the boxes.
Adam was amazing, he is literally available 7 days a week, has comprehensive advertising on all the main websites, but does not rely on this as he has a portfolio of contacts.
He found our sale through one of these. His attention to detail in unsurpassed and he was always pleasant to deal with and had a vast experience having worked in business for many years.
He got us a buyer, a good price for our flat sale and it was all done really quickly.

Completely agree with the review by Elliot Gold. Robert Wayne manages our house and is a poor communicater (the charm he displayed prior to being instructed fell away as soon as we signed). He has been slow to organise jobs, has recommended tradesmen who have not performed well and is extremely condescending. Last week he sent a man to my house to film whether I was in or not when I complained that the cleaner he sent had left after 20 minutes, very unsettling.

I feel very lucky to have found this Estate agency in Hampstead, especially when I see that it can be difficult in London to deal with honest Estate agents. I would only say one thing: it was a pleasure to deal with Wayne and Silver, they were honest, always trying to make things better for us. I totally recommend them!

I found the flat I currently rent through Wayne and Silver. I have only ever dealt with the larger estate agents group and didn’t realise how good a service you can actually get. The process was easy and simple. All the fees were reasonable and were very friendly and helpful when I popped into the office after having a problem with the property. They sorted it out very quickly. If I decide to move to a new rental I will definitely use Wayne and Silver again.

My previous landlord decided to sell the property I was letting and so began the search for a new place to live. I knew I wanted to stay in the north of London and a Google search led me to Wayne and Silver. Admittedly I hadn’t heard of them before but they have a wide range of properties (some very luxurious and a bit out of my budget). I did however find the perfect property. The fees were ok and they were up front about them from the start. I am now in my new flat and I haven’t been happier!

I have decided to emigrate upon my retirement so I listed my property with an agent. I found the agent I was with did not do the work that I needed them to do and I was almost an afterthought. I came across Wayne and Silver and decided to list with them instead. They kept me up to date with everything and arranged all the viewings to fit around me. Be wary with this company. They acted for us, until recently, as management agents at our block in Chalk Farm.
We had been disappointed with the service from Wayne & Silver for a long time. Common areas were not maintained well at all. Communication was terribly poor, there was no management information and any information we did receive was broken and irregular - often 2 word emails.
Nice enough guys, but clueless when it comes to managing properties.
