24th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)I am new to using Martyn Gerrard but have been using estate agents for many years. My experience with MG started with Nick 'the estate agent' from their Hampstead office. As you can imagine one has a quite distinct picture of estate agents -- however from the very beginning Nick was different, helpful, useful and honest. I found that refreshing and easy to interact with. We even found what would have been a great flat at a good price, I ummed and aghed, and Nick politely said that this was a good opportunity and I shouldn't procrastinate too long -- naturally I ignored everything he advised and true to form I lost the opportunity as I was sucking my thumb. Move over to the next available find that came across our plate. Nick was helpful in expediting the viewing and making sure that it fitted my available time. This time when Nick said that this is another good find take it I didn't hesitate and finalised immediately. Come the next day, Saturday, and I was a little unfamiliar with what for me is a new referencing entity . I walked into their East Finchley office as I was struggling to use GoodLord their referencing interface. Enter Alexia, the star of the show at their East Finchley office. She helps me understand, login register and setup all that is required to finalise with most of what is needed from the GoodLord. She was truly God sent in giving up her time on Saturday to make sure I had everything an everything was in place so that I can finalise in my application for the property and ease into the rest of the weekend. Now we all know moving is a massive pain, however, sometimes we can mitigate and minimise it. So thank you Alexia, thank you Nick and thank you Martyn Gerrard for all your help.

I have known Shaun for a long time, and his work rate & ethic is 10/10. He is knowledgeable and personable. I also had the pleasure of working with Aisling, who successfully sold our flat. She also is fantastic to work with & goes above & beyond for her clients. I would only ever use KFH for future sales, as I believe many do not come close to the standard set by KFH. Thank you guys, always a pleasure.

We ended up going with a different property in Belsize Park but I felt compelled to write a review because Nye was 4x faster and more ‘on top of things’ when working with us than the other 5 agents we interacted with from other firms. Thanks and hope to work together in the future, Nye.

25th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)Currently purchasing a flat in Belsize Park with this agency (we've just exchanged contracts). I've found the assigned agent to be communicative, cooperative and courteous. Furthermore, they helped me find a surveyor, which was very useful. Overall it's been a good experience, and I would gladly recommend the agency.

From day one of looking out for a new property, to giving our offers and all through the processing of buying the property Joseph Scott provided us with the confidence of a trusted agent. They’ve recommended a reliable adviser and a very efficient property lawyer who have assisted and supported us throughout the process. Highly recommended.
13th Mar 2026 (22 days ago)I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service provided by Alexandra Isoveanu. My experience was a complete failure from start to finish, characterized by a dismissive attitude and a staggering lack of basic industry knowledge. Throughout our interactions, I felt my time was treated as an afterthought. Not only was the service dismissive, but it became clear that Alexandra had little understanding of the specifics regarding property negotiations, a complete amateur. When I asked standard questions regarding the negotiation, I was met with vague or incorrect information that caused unnecessary delays. A sales negotiator is expected to facilitate a process, not hinder it through incompetence. This level of service is a poor reflection on the Temple Fortune office and falls well below the standard one expects from Foxtons. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as this was a total waste of time and a deeply unprofessional experience.
20th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)I am disappointed with the communication from the current property manager, Kennedy, as I have had no communication from him. I have been trying to reach him since December. I was advised to send emails, which I did, and I have also called during the week, but he never seems to be available or in the office, I left my details multiple times so Kennedy can contact me, but he keeps ignoring them. On the other hand, Lynsey has been a lifesaver. She is very professional, empathetic, and always does her best to resolve issues. She handled my window problem, which was urgent as it remained open during the coldest months, and also supported with the consequences of that issue, such as mould. It is now the end of March, and I am still trying to contact Kennedy regarding a parking space, which is the only matter Lynsey is unable to assist with. I have a newborn, and parking on my road is extremely difficult, making this situation even more challenging.
