Camerons Stiff & Co

275 Willesden Lane

We bought our property through Cameron Stiff (Hussein) and sold it through them again a few years later. They are knowledgeable and realistic on pricing, and proactive in driving transactions through to completion which is important when things do not go to plan, as is inevitably the case.

Guy turned up and announced there had been 'a mistake' and were only out a mere £1500 a year. The price difference wasn't the issue. We'd been in contact with the agent twice today and nothing had been mentioned at the time. I don't think this is reflective of someone I'd trust.

Chestertons - Hampstead

55-56 Hampstead High Street

Chestertons in Hampstead were fantastic from start to finish. Daniel Fisher is your man for Lettings, he is really knowledgeable. professional and happy to help. I would highly recommend him to any local Landlord.

Patrick was always helpful and polite and went out of his way to accommodate our requests to view the property we were buying. He was extremely professional.

Greene & Co - West Hampstead

146 West End Lane, Kilburn

...On behalf of Mary Crawford... Both Scott & Sarah were absolutely amazing throughout what was a very difficult sale. They always kept me in the loop throughout the process and were always available for help and advice. I cannot speak highly enough of them & I am so grateful for all the help they gave me. I would highly recommend them.

Steve McAllister

Booked an appointment and confirmed to view a property with one of the staff named Patrick. However, when I arrived at the property, Patrick did not show up. When I called him again, I was told that he could not make it and had to send someone else to cover. The cover person does not know well about the property. The property shown to me also does not match what they listed on the website. This is not professional at all. We saw other agent showing customers the same development. The agent came on time with a lot of detailed information. What a contrast! How I wish I had contact the other agent.

Our agent was amazingly patient and understanding despite our particularities and frequently turning up for several viewings with a baby in tow. Our agent really got to know us and appreciate our desires. Great experience. We finally purchased via KFH one of the many properties we viewed with them. We are making the most of our first family home.

We were able to rent a property through this branch. The property was made available on the correct date as per our requests and the staff were very friendly. However, it was a very unorganised and unprofessional process and we were charged fees that our previous real estate did not charge us. We weren't given information about the property even though it was requested.

Paramount

150 West End Lane

I have been renting with Paramount Properties for several months now and am very impressed! Chloe was the agent for our move-in, and she ensured it went very smoothly, including with renovations that were done at our flat immediately before we moved in. We also felt that the costs for the agency fees and deposit were transparent fully explained to us, so there were no surprises. Richard has been looking after us in terms of maintenance; he is always quick to respond to emails, and both friendly and professional. I would certainly recommend this agency.

Alexandra Hogan

Had a great experience with Paramount after trying several other estate agents in NW London. It was very apparent that they genuinely cared and made the whole process very straightforward. Special thanks to Chloe and Jason who helped us secure a great property and were on hand to answer our queries at all times of the day/night. We would recommend Paramount to anyone looking to let, our experience was wholly positive. Thank you Matt & Lucy

Terrible. They sent me to one address which wasn't built yet, and one address where the guy never showed up to let me in. Never followed up, useless. Sent bad flats that were irrelevant. Staff are rude. Asked 3 times to be taken off their mailing list and they still have not.

GetAgent makes finding an estate agent easier.

Very helpful in arranging for 3 agents to come around and put their pitch for marketing our property. Having them as an intermediary made the process...

A very good comparison website

A very good comparison website for checking local estate agencies. We used it to check who have sold the most in our area and the results were very useful to us.

Danielle

Easy to use.

Very quick service, within an hour I had my valuation set up with 2 different companies. Saves time as well as you don't need to trawl the internet.

Mrs susan fletcher

It really helped my decision making

There are so many estate agents to choose from but they provided details with the numbers of houses each had sold in my area and which had achieved the asking price which I found most helpful

Mrs Heather Marshall

Choose the right agent for your house.

An amazingly easy way to choose your estate agent with total confidence. I did and among the many found the right one for my house. Speedy, responsive, considerate and effective. Thank you.

Ms Jean Bywater

Quick and straightforward

Good easy to understand info. They even got the agents to contact me, so I didn't need to chase them.
