I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Megan Phillips Assistant Manager for Weston super mare Branch.From start to finish, the experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. Communication has been almost non-existent multiple emails have been ignored, leaving me chasing for basic updates with no response.
To make matters worse, I was threatened with deductions from my deposit for “wear and tear,” which is completely unreasonable and not something a tenant should be held accountable for. Also I have asked for evidence,invoices or photos that justify the deduction from my deposit but I’ve been ignored.Instead of handling the situation fairly and professionally, I felt pressured and misled.
Also she called this as a compensation for the landlord for the work he carried out which was no work done.The property was cleaned professionally,it was better then before,they just tried to sue me.
It has now been 16 days since I vacated the property, and I have still not received my deposit back. This delay, combined with the lack of communication and questionable claims, shows a serious lack of professionalism and respect.
Overall, this has been a very stressful experience. I would strongly advise others to be cautious, as the service I received fell far below acceptable standards.... Read more
