Not the best experience. We felt like we were not communicated to by our Negotiator very often and mainly only ever heard from them if we rang them first. Towards the end of the process it got better but that was mainly due to the fact that we dealt straight with the PA rather than the negotiator. In fact we would like to say she was very good and always tried to help.
