So impressed with the service from Christian and his team, including Katie and Lucy. My nans bungalow went online on 14th November and was sold and completed on 29th January. We chose William H Brown as it is connected to an Agent I work for and is local to my Nan who is in her 90s. They could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Definitely a 5* service.

We recently had a rental property let by William H Brown Downham. The property isn’t managed by them. Sophie Hennells was fantastic from start to finish even with my anxious harassment nothing was too much trouble.
The process went smoothly and we found her particularly accommodating which was fantastic considering she is currently working alone. Couldn’t recommend them enough. The little gift box given on signing full of goodies was a particularly nice touch. Well done Sophie keep up the good work!!

Attempted to view multiple properties for over 3 months now and with no luck at all, never called back like told each time. Very unprofessional and disappointing! Much better service from all other estate agents in Downham Market!

Helpful and professional at all times.
Lucy Dent was a real asset during the sale of my father’s property. Her local knowledge, willingness to go the extra mile and helpful approach made the sale much easier than it would otherwise have been. Lucy was proactive when required and was only too happy to respond when I asked for information and/or assistance, she kept me updated throughout the process and was a pleasure to deal with.

The Estate agent itself was nice, however they could have done their due diligence on a oldish house in the Ferry farm(Cambridgeshire/Norfolk)...the owner clearly kept it from us that house was underpinned. We the naive buyers paid out from our pocket to find out that the house was indeed underpinned.
Wasting our money and time! Second time this is happening with us, where the owners clearly deceiving buyers!

Charlie Rhodes was great. I had to sell my property at a distance so Charlie managed all the liaison with the utilities, decorators and repair men. I couldn't of asked for better service.

Absolutely fantastic. There was a problem in securing a property and it fell through and yet within days Sophie and Ben managed to get me a first viewing for the most perfect property to rent which was better than the one which fell through. Sophie was so efficient in securing the agreement with the landlords and processing the paperwork and I moved in and had the keys within a matter of less than two weeks at a very difficult stage in my life and Sophie and her colleague Ben made the process so quick and painless for me. I cannot fault the fabulous service, nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with a smile and with my needs at the fore. Thank you so much and I hope that this feedback is fed back to Sophie and Ben. Amazing team. Thank you so much.
