Charlotte took my enquiry, arranged the viewing and dealt with the subsequent communication in a friendly and professional manner. What impressed me most is that the team show the upmost respect for both the sellers and the buyers – never did I feel pressured or being 'played'. I also spoke with Edward about mortgage options and received some great advice, again without any unnecessary sales pressure.

Unfortunately the property in question was not to be, but I have asked the Willian H Brown team to help me in my property search and I look forward to dealing with them in the future.

Had our house on the market with them for 6 months and never got a buyer, then someone came straight to the house saying they’ve been calling them to try book an appointment but the estate agent isn’t booking it.
Sold our house with a different agency (Haart) within a month and WHbrown said they wanted their share.
Terrible service all round, stay away and save your money and time.
