The lovely Debbie Wright is in charge of any issues of my rented property and she's an absolute gem. I had a problem with my boiler and on calling Debbie, I had an engineer out within the hour. Nothing at all is too much trouble for her. Every single time I've any problems, she will sort it out efficiently and effectively. She will keep me updated on progress . Debbie is not just doing her job, she does way more. Thank you very much Debbie you are an absolutely star and William H Brown are extremely lucky to have a top notch employee xx

Awful overall... super friendly service to start with and had it tenanted quickly but that's where the good stuff ends and the nightmare begins... the tenants were not "ideal tenants" as they had said, of course they did not let you have much information about who they are prior to agreeing to take them on. You have no choice in who you take on essentially. Wouldn't be surprised if they promised the tenants something you had not agreed to and blamed the landlord for not delivering.
Oh, in addition they have expensive hidden fees so if you think you are getting a good deal you are not. They as any others hide behind their well drafted terms of business, of course they lure you in on other terms but this is just verbally mentioned to you.
Good agents are hard to find unfortunately.
