Really impressed by John, who came to do a valuation. Clearly knows the area and the different property types inside out and was able to give me examples of recent sales of similar properties in nearby streets so that I understood and trusted exactly what his valuation was based on.

From the first moment I spoke to William H Brown I knew I was in good hands. There are a whole ladder above other estate agents in the area and I felt valued, reassured and most of all I trusted them. Every member of staff was professional, experienced and fully briefed. Most of my dealings were with Jack. He was always totally on top of things, swift to respond (even early in the morning) and I never once felt that I was just a number, he always knew exactly what was going on. This was a sensitive sale due to my Mother having to move out through ill health and Jack and everyone at William H Brown always treated me with the utmost respect. Selling a house is never easy but I felt that William H Brown was fully invested in helping me to find the correct solution and always working with my best interests whilst being realistic and fully up to date with the current market. Without hesitation I fully recommend them, they are truly excellent. Thank you

Deniz was extremely helpful, supportive and reassuring throughout the whole process. As first time buyers, we didn't know all the ins and outs of buying a house but Deniz explained everything very thoroughly and is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced.
Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a mortgage advisor to help with their house purchase!

I have recently completed a house sale with William H Brown in Stevenage and had an excellent experience with the team. The market appraisal by John was realistic and I was happy with the high standard of photos and marketing which were organised quickly and found buyers. Viewings were arranged for an Open Day and also ad hoc, based on my availability. Ellie and Jonah were efficient, friendly and courteous during this time.
Completing the sale took longer than expected, due to issues which were no fault of the estate agents. Throughout this challenging situation, Jack was professional, patient, provided progress updates and was intermediary between me, solicitors and buyers. Jack was good at communicating, responded to my queries in a timely manner and managed the sale to completion.
A big thank you to Jack, John, Ellie and Jonah for their help and great customer service.

If you are ever looking for a more than outstanding mortgage advisor, look no further. I have been supported by Deniz for over two years and his service and advice has been solid and sound.
