James (mortgage advisor) was great from start to finish! Explained the process thoroughly and was always available to answer any worries or questions. I had a an issue crop up with my first lender (which was a rare issue) however James resolved it straight away and provided reassurance throughout- recommend highly!

I just wanted to leave a quick review to say how great India and Charlotte were in helping myself and my daughter find our lovely home. They were both fantastic, informative and very supportive throughout the whole process, a process which was quick but thorough.
Always available when I had a question to ask, If India was out of the office, Charlotte was there to assist straight away and visa versa. I would highly recommend William H brown if you are looking to rent a property. Thank you for such great customer service! ?

We recently sold a property in Welwyn Garden City helped by Sean & his team at the WGC branch, to say they go the extra mile is an understatement, nothing is too much trouble, good advice on what was a reasonable selling price, with that advice taken the house was sold in less than a week! They were so supportive in ensuring things didn't slip, right up to the exchange of contracts. Five star customer service from Sean and his team. Seamless service. Co-ordinated with the solicitor to iron out issue with leasehold which could have delayed completion. Made the whole process simple. I would without doubt definately recommend WHBrown in WGC.

I recently used William H Brown’s mortgage services through Mr James Wiggins and was very pleased with the service. James was very approachable and answered all our questions. As first time buyers we didn’t know what to expect but James walked us through the whole process. He also encouraged us to get the mortgage application done when the rates dropped which helped us secure a good rate before they went back up. He set up the whole application process for us and also ensured that all the direct deposits would be properly set up as well as building insurance.
When we were blocked on the lender during the conveyancing process, James was very happy to call and nudge them and explain to us what was going on. This happened multiple times and each time James was happy to jump in and help speed up the process for us. Without his help the process would have surely taken a couple of weeks more for us. It was invaluable to have his assistance and he was always easy going about it.
I would definitely recommend his services and will be looking forward to using them again in the future too.

Other agents- step up and take notice!
Every member of the WGC team I’ve spoken to over the last 6 months of my house sale process are fantastic- I’m not exaggerating.
Sean, Leoni, James- even Lily and Sarah who directed my calls- everyone has been top tier.
During the quite stressful time, the WGC Team have delivered on every promise they have made- which is *so* rare nowadays. (Dare I say they even went above and beyond the call of duty on a couple of occasions!)
You are treated akin to a friend or family member, not just another number, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anybody looking for an agent… Even the solicitor they recommended was fantastic!
They are professional, fairly priced, and worth every penny for the superb service provided. When issues arose within the chain, I was provided frank, valuable advice by the Team which ultimately helped in successfully completing the process.
10/10 would highly recommend.
