Outstanding service from the team at Winkworths on the purchase of our new family home in Church Crookham. Charlie and Henry handled the majority of the work but all the team were helpful. They have been proactive and followed up on all enquiries and liaised with other parts of the process. I would definitely buy through them again.

I signed up with Winkworths, Farnham for the sale of my late mother’s flat in January 2023, after meeting with Charlie Burnell. I invited other agents to quote for the sale, however, Charlie’s high level of professionalism stood out from the competition; his knowledge of the housing market, experience and honesty resonated with me and I quickly felt he was someone I would be happy working with. I had the opportunity to have dealings with other members of the Winkworth team, Chelsea Hall, Henry Griffin and their Manager. All demonstrated the same highly professional approach and sound knowledge of the market.

The sale took just over 12 months to go through successfully; unfortunately the flat was flooded which delayed marketing and then there was a downward trend in the market. Charlie remained upbeat, calm and patient throughout the entire process.

Their local sales director, Henry Griffin, was very focussed on finding a buyer from their local and national database. Charlie of Winkworth, Farnham dealt with the recent sale of our property and quite frankly gave us an amazing service from start to finish. Professional , helpful, ethical and great communication!! All the team are wonderful in fact.! I cannot recommend this agent highly enough . I originally chose this agent as I already had a high regard for the Winkworth brand. Considering the state of the market this year, my property was sold in a very short space of time.
