I wish I could have given a zero. We went to view a house with them and they sent us a form to fill where we gave all our details,this was after the viewing, but this people never got back to us. We kept calling to atleast update us on the house whether successful or not and they promised to give us a call with feedback but they never did. Their customer service and feedback is nothing to write home about. They really do not care but you guys can aspire to do better. Cheers... Read more

Awful experience during our tenancy. We had a lot of problems with the property and most of them were not solved in a reasonable amount of time. Almost at the end of our tenancy we found out through our neighbour that the previous tenant was a drug dealer, therefore all the problems that we had with electricity and mould. I cannot explain with words how frustrated we were. I would not recommend this estate agent to anyone.... Read more

Went to Witlet from Maldon letting - What posative difference - a computer system that does the accounting, - listening to clients - tenants & myself - to keep them happy - workmen who respond & keep a reasonable price unlike ML's - regular reporting that does not need chasing.
