We had Nick value our property and within the week we had not only sold ours but found and accepted offer on our dream forever home too. We had Gemma as our agent throughout and she couldn't have done any more for us if she tried, she made the stressful experience of moving house so much easier and helped us so much, from advise, to mediating between all the relevant parties, she was fantastic. The whole team at Yaxley's were extremely attentive with ourselves throughout the sales process and took the stress out of our hands, while maintaining high proffessionalsm. A technician arrived within an hour and fixed the problem professionally and efficiently. Everything is working perfectly again. Thank you for the fast and excellent service! ?????

We are shortly due to complete on the sale of a property and throughout the whole process, communication has been excellent and we have found the team to be knowledgeable, courteous and professional at all times.
