Shez has made possible for us a stress free moving experience. Responsive and accomodating to all of our requests. The most unprofessional and obnoxious experience I've ever had with an estate agent. Shez's behaviour was appalling. He had no interest in showing us the home or any of the rooms. He literally stood there in silence whilst my sister and I looked around. He didn't explain anything or offer any kind of help apart from unwanted sarcastic comments. He was dressed very unprofessionally and acted extremely unprofessionally. Big disappointment, he made us lose all potential interest in the home. Also, the fact that a few reviews down, he had pretended to be a 'customer' and written an essay of fabrications claiming Squires is so wonderful, says everything you need to know!... Read more

Gave us a valuation 80k cheaper than the next most pessimistic estate agent, with a commission twice as high. House sold within 4 weeks for that higher price. Can only wonder what's going on here.... Read more

We had our house on the market with different estate agents for almost 2 years with little or no decent offers. The offers we did accept had not been well vetted and hence the sale of the house fell through twice within that period. Within 2 weeks of instructing Squires, we not only had 6 buyers but we actually got the asking price for the property. We continued to experience lots of problems throughout the sale of the house but Shez and the Squires team kept me well informed throughout and I cannot express my immense gratitude to them all when the sale eventually went through.
