Smoothest move so far!
I’ve moved a few times in the last couple of years, but honestly speaking, this move has been the best one so far.
Poppy and Grace have been great in this process and had any issues or questions I had worked out so promptly, such lovely young ladies! There was an issue with the inventory company possible delaying my move as they had changed the appointment to after I was supposed to have collected the keys, but Poppy got on the phone and sorted that out so I could move in as planned with no delays on my side.
Thank you so much to the girls and the rest of the team at the branch.. I think me and the kids will be very happy here!

Visited the Blackheath branch today in hopes of letting out my property and was greeted by the whole team which was nice. Grace dealt with me swiftly and gave me all the necessary information on how Your Move will manage my property. Very excited to work with Poppy and Grace in the Lettings team very soon!

Moved in to a rental property today with my partner. Grace and Poppy made the transition very smooth and seamless! Any questions we had were answered promptly and the property met all our expectations. We also received a move in gift from them which was a lovely surprise. My experience so far was neither bad nor good.
Had poor experience from Poppy but Richard was lovely and cleared all confusion regarding property and its state.
Grace is lovely and very helpful, although not to honest nor trustable. Had an offer accepted by the landlord.
What surprised me the most and made me not to go with this was a push to pay more even if landlord ‘prefers’ us? Nonsense.
It took him 3 days to respond to the offer although 3 minutes to let agent ‘know’ that he was happy for me not to pay over asking price and proceed with payments?

Firstly thankyou to the whole team, i’ve got to know everyone there and they’re all amazing. But Filipe has been outstanding when selling our 2 properties all at once. In some very complicated circumstances. He did everything right and i honestly believe if it wasn’t for him 2 of them would have fallen through. He just went above and beyond at his job and i can’t thank him enough. You couldn’t ask for more :)

Finally got our place after half year waiting!!! Daniel and the team were absolutely amazing as they went beyond their duty and assisting us. All staff members were absolutely brilliant.
Our solicitor was super slow in answering emails but Daniel helped a lot in chasing and getting answers we need. We could not have done it without Daniel and the team.

We moved into a new flat to rent with the team of Your Move Blackheath as our estate agents.
The communication with the team was always helpful and all questions were answered in a timely manner. The overall experience of moving into the new flat would have been less stressful if the tenancy agreement had been ready at least one week before the agreed move-in date.
Overall a good service, highly recommended!

We successfully sold our lower ground flat with the Your Move team in Blackheath during the middle of 2021.
Felipe and his team were very professional and gave fantastic advice especially around staging the flat and was very proactive with their approach and feedback.
We had previously tried using another company and the difference between the two was apparent especially with the photos and staging elements.
Can't recommend these guys highly enough.

If I could’ve give 0 star I would have.
It has been almost two months since I have started renting with this agency, once moved in the new property we have found so many issues with it…. I have asked them to come and fix those issues but nothing till now, saying that they are not able to contact the landlord, it’s been almost two months and they not able to contact the landlord…
How can you not be able to reach the landlord and him , he’s getting his money for the rent in the meantime without any delay.
This is really stressful at the end…

I would just like to say a very big thank you to Felipe and the team for getting our property sold. I really appreciate all your time and effort in getting the sale over the line. There have been quite a few problems related to the sale of the property but I feel we only managed the sale in the end with your persistence and commitment.
