Very Happy with Conran
Priced my house perfectly compared to the other agents we consulted. Commission was acceptable compared to others House was sold within 1 week of being advertised. They arrange viewing through an open day. Staff are pleasant and polite. They have a nice touch where they ask the seller to write a comment about the house they are selling. I would recommend them

A friend recommended Conrans, and I'm so thrilled I went with them! They sold my house within a week, for much more than I thought I would get, without making me feel stressed and for a reasonable price. Guy, Felix and Dan were the dream team, all impeccably polite, friendly, professional, hardworking and honest. Communication at all times was excellent, and It was a very stark contrast to the estate agent I had to deal with in buying my next house. They responded superbly to the Covid expectations and took great care to reassure me that they would manage all the viewings properly and according to the new guidelines. They really do live up to their motto - 'A refreshing change'. An outstanding service guys, well done and very grateful thanks from me!

Having Conran sell my property was the best decision I made in the moving process. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole team was extremely responsive and supportive throughout. I expected a house sale to be stressful, but Guy, Felix and Dan made sure that wasn't the case. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them - they are so professional and thorough in their work and anticipate any questions before you even ask them.
