The response just shows the level of care given to customers. My husband & I were in the process of buying a house through John Payne, dealing with Daniel, who failed to respond to emails, read emails & aid the progression of the house sale. They also failed to disclose that the house had subsidence until our solicitor got involved. My advice is buyers beware!... Read more
