Dason and Chris of Your Move Hastings lettings dept. were so incredibly helpful and kind throughout what (through no fault of theirs or the company) was a stressful process. They went out of their way to make sure things progressed and my daughter and I were able to secure the most beautiful flat to rent thanks to them. So, so grateful. Definitely recommend them!

Finding the right tenant for the right property takes skill, understanding and experience. As a landlord it is essential to have confidence in the process. Dason at Your Move arrived at my property with examples of other places let, the rent I should realistically expect and an honest and knowledgeable assessment of the market. Expectations were realistic and based on fact.
The end result being a wonderful tenant found within the timeframe suggested.

My experience with Your Move was absolutely amazing! I had previously dealt with another estate agent and had a horrible experience. Chris initially showed me the property. I found out subsequently that he is relatively new to the company and he was very accommodating and professional. I also had the pleasure of having dealings with Dason. He went out of his way to help me with the online documents and was very helpful. Big thanks to both of them and thank you for making my experience a most pleasant one indeed. Our Your Move experience wouldn’t have gone as smoothly if it wasn’t for Jacky. He was very generous with his time and kept us in the loop even in the moments where not much could be done but wait for the tenancy agreement.
