Compulsory cleaning bill of £300 upon moving out regardless of the state of cleanliness. Despite leaving the property in very good condition we were presented with a £300 bill (£150 admin fee) for professional cleaning services on the basis of a small splash inside the microwave and a few crumbs inside a draw. This cost is inappropriate. My advice would be DO NOT bother cleaning the property when you leave as this agent will charge you full whack regardless of the condition - blatant money making racket... Absolutely wonderful. As a tenant I've had some truly horrendous estate agents, Zach Knightons is not one of them. Omar from ZK has been incredibly helpful from start to finish - he always resolves things day or night, weekday or weekend - couldn't recommend these guys (and Omar particularly!) any more!... I have been a Landlady for the past 15 years, so I know what to expect from a "good" London agent. They all say they can let your property for X amount in the shortest space of time! ( most of them do). What I was looking for, is an agent that I could work with that had experience in dealing with the day to day issues of management without creating extensive bills and bothering me for superfluous issues. I wanted my point of contact to be the same person every time and not be forced to explain my property to a new person on every occasion i contacted them. I was recommended Zach Knightons by a good friend and I have not looked back since. Great Agency to work with. My properties have been let through them for the past three years. I have had some maintenance issues with my flats while I was abroad. But the team kept me informed and resolved all the issues on my behalf. They have always placed good credible tenants in my flats.
