Thanks to our estate agent, Mary O'Leary-Hypolite, we’ve found a place to live. Coming from France, finding a house from afar wasn’t easy. The agency and our estate agent were a huge help throughout the process, doing everything they could to assist us. We highly recommend them.<br>Thank you again, Mary.

Absolutely pathetic and unprofessional service. We were promised a video viewing of the property by a member of staff, but no one bothered to inform us that it would not be happening until we called ourselves to ask. This caused us a great deal of inconvenience.<br><br>What makes the experience even worse is that they have not come back to us today or even replied to our email. There has been no communication, no apology, and no attempt to resolve the situation.<br><br>Very disappointing experience and extremely unprofessional customer service. I would not recommend them based on our experience.

I have nothing but praise for the ladies in the Winslow Office of Alexander & Co., Maddie, Rachael & Lottie arranged the sale of our property, they were very friendly and professional, always getting back to me with feedback and updates being good or bad for a speedy sale. A big thank you to Elaine and team at Alexander & Co, Buckingham and Rachel and team at Winslow for helping us sell our property and find a rental property. Our house sold quickly but we have been waiting for many months in a long chain and suddenly had a very tight timescale to find and move to a rental. Elaine and team were extremely helpful. Nothing was every too much trouble and they guided us through a very stressful week. Thank you.
