A Refershing Approach” I’m going to start this review by thanking Kaiden Ellingham and Grace in the Bicester Office for all of their help and support with the sale of my property.
In my lifetime I have brought and sold a number of properties in a number of different areas of the country.
From my past experience I link the “Jaws “theme “ with Estate Agents.
Well that was the case until my dealings with Alexander & Co.
Every member of the team has been knowledgeable, kind courteous, empathetic and understanding.
The sale of my property was complex due to parities involved.
Alexander & Co were able to keep the sale on course in very difficult circumstances.
Kaiden Ellingham’s approach was enthusiastic, dynamic, his ideas were relevant. In addition he was knowledgeable of the area. Not only was he knowledgeable and experienced he was professional and gave a detailed approach on how to market the house with a realistic price figure and keep the sale on course. He was able to negotiate with all parties involved in difficult circumstances and went above and beyond!
I know that the words honesty and trust are not usually words synonymous with Estate Agents but from my experience they can definitely be associated with Alexander and Co.
I know that Alexander &Co’s approach in selling the house was working with both me and the buyer to ensure that the best price was achieved.
From my experience when it comes to selling a property in the Bicester area if you want a reliable trustworthy agent who has knowledge of the area I wouldn’t be settling for second best and be heading to Alexander & Co.

I have used Alexander & Co for property management and sales. Mary for rentals is your lady - she is intuitive, knowledgeable and goes that extra mile. The landlord’s portal is easy to navigate and a perfect depository for all key documents, available 24/7. I found the A&C property management arm to be stellar.
Kaiden managed my sale, I had the feeling of confidence from our very first conversation. Kaiden and the A&C sales team were responsive and kept me updated throughout a super-efficient and smooth sales process to completion. The service I received from A&C rental and sales was outstanding. It’s 5*s from me, I highly recommend them.

Wow! Great service, interaction and support from day one of the viewing.
Both Jill and Rachel have been amazing - professional at all times.
The team were absolutely brilliant and guided us (as first time buyers in the UK) through the process from day one to when we collected our keys!
