From start to finish, the team kept me updated each step of the way and made the process of selling my parents' home as painless as it could be. Especial thanks to Jill Barrett whose out-of-the-box thinking and constant contact was incredibly appreciated. Without her, the sale would undoubtedly have been much more stressful. She went above and beyond to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible and I shall be forever grateful to her for making an emotionally difficult process that much easier. Highly recommended.

Awful experience, I have had mould in my flat now for 4 months. When ever it is cleaned it reappears in a week.
Reported multiple times still no progress. The damp has caused my extractor fan and lights in the bathroom to fail ( over a month ago)
The only Solution paint the ceiling in the bathroom... Was done a week ago and we have mould again.
Always look for a quick fix not the root cause.
Avoid if you want real service and to get the standard you pay for

Our only regret is that we should have come to you first. Excellent service from the first meeting to a completed sale in a very difficult housing market. The whole Team worked hard to deliver two sales in far less time than is the norm. Would highly recommend Mark Ayres and his team.

We used Alexander & Co to sell our house, they were a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process, professional and well organised. The brochure looked amazing, we had loads of viewings and the house sold promptly, the sales progressor did a great job of keeping us posted on progress. I would most definitely recommend them.

Charlotte, Elaine and Mark were all extremely helpful in moving me and my partner into our new property.
With having bad experiences with letting agents in the past with their terrible service, choosing to come to A&Co Winslow was definitely the right choice.
These guys just made the whole application process for us so easy and there was constant communication throughout with updates to do with our application.
I can't fault the team.
Highly recommend coming to these guys if you need help with finding a property.

BOB IS ABSOLUTLY UNTRUSTWORTHY!!!
Please read the other one star reviews, Bobs has been mentioned a good few times for screwing people over to put some extra cash in his pocket!
So we put an offer in with Bob on a house we really liked, we were ready to get the ball rolling on purchasing the house. We had a few minor hick ups but we had a buyer waiting and we were waiting to buy. After a week or so of thinking that we were buying the house we wanted we called Bob to touch base and see what was happening. In which he told us we couldn’t have the house as he’s sold to some one else 4 days prior to us calling. Didn’t bother to let us know. Someone else had put a better offer in and that’s fine. I understand how it works. But Bob decided not to let us know as clearly we were no longer of any value to his work and so we were swept under the rug. Bob is clearly part of the reason that there is a reputation around estate agents and how they are often portrayed as untrustworthy.
A few days after this review was posted. Some matey from Alexander and co called me and tried to bribe me with gift vouchers, flowers and wine to remove it. I refused to remove this review and then they kept asking me what they can do to have this removed!!! I had to hang up the phone as he was starting to become a nuisance asking me the same question over and over and would t accept my answer
We told you when our first buyer pulled out, and we called you on the same day, within four hours to inform you that we had accepted another offer and we were okay to continue.
Bob who clearly is at fault for doing some kind of deal with his mate who was in fact the owner of the property we wanted to buy and pulled a fast one on us and got a few extra quid in his pocket.
BOB IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED, seems the type of bloke to scam the elderly!

Exceptional service. Alexander & Co Winslow were our buyer's estate agent, but they went above and beyond for us too. Communication was second to none. Even when there weren't any updates within the chain they'd send a courtesy email detailing this. Special shout out to Jill. She works remarkably hard in her role and is a real asset to the company. We found our forever home through them, so it's unlikely that we'll move again, but if it was the case; we'd use them in a heartbeat.

For all estate agents out there take a leaf out of Alexander & Co in Winslow's book, all the staff are super professional and work so hard to accomplish that sale we all want to achieve, from the marketing of a property through to chasing the legal teams they cannot be faulted.
