Bear were on the ball, I accepted an offer on the 7th day my property went on the market.
I had a few photos changed which they did without any hesitation.

We had an excellent experience with Bear from start to finish. Roman was great, clearly in touch with both the local and national housing market and BoE figures. Tia and Georgie lined up lots of viewings, all very well coordinated and communicated to us. Zoe pushed the entire chain along, it would have taken twice as long had it not been for her efforts.
All in all cannot recommend the team at Bear enough, perfect balance of professionalism with the personal touch throughout.

Fantastic service and team. Nothing too much trouble, even if you’re ill. Found them all really helpful, and since.
They work really hard for the seller.
Advertising, buyer introduced, smooth painless sale and Conveyancing.
Thoroughly Reccomended.
