We had a long an frustrating time trying to sell my wife's parents bungalow after probate, not helped at all by the first estate agent we used who overpriced it in the first place and did very little to support the sale. We changed to Bear half-way through, and whilst things were still complicated by us losing a couple of buyers at the last minute, they were far more proactive and supportive. We have now finally completed. Special thanks to Megan, who in the end made it her personal mission to get us over the line.
