Am greatly impressed with the visit I’ve received from Emmanualla of butters john Crewe. She’s is a very kind and attentive lady. Am glad she gave an ear to our concerns I hope something will be done to resolve the issues. Very patient and assisting.

Claire was really helpful but it was just before lockdown and somehow with closing the office and then working from home my partners property got removed from the system and so wasnt available!!

I would not recommend butters to anyone. After giving me a speach that they would sell my house with in 2 weeks for more money than any other estate agent could (they didn't) I didn't hear off them for months. I eventually phoned them to tell them to take it off the market and I was going with someone else, they informed I had 2 weeks left on the contract so I decided to wait. After I reduced my sale price (something else they said I would never have to do), and after they actually did an advertising push on my property they got a sale.
